It takes a process that needs to be done and does it well. It's a simple tool that managed absences

The version we are on (admittedly we have not migrated) does not have great connectivity to other services. Having seen a demo of the new version, this is fully resolved.

It looks like it will be easy to use once i have navigated all the areas

Isn't easy to navigate. Sometimes the how to guide takes you to places that i didn't have set up and didn't show the alternative route

User friendly, you can't break it! We also like that you can customise your personal page.

We don't like the main calendar view, it's confusing and you can't scroll week by week, it only jumps month by month.

The system has a lot of built in features and add ons that can be added and customised by the user as and when needed.

The way in which to 'switch on' certain features isn't always done in the most obvious way, which is made up for by [sensitive content hidden] who will always give speedy responses to help out with functionalities

Setting up the spreadsheet for the data upload was straight forward and a "once only" taskYou then have all relevant information in one place

I would like support to be immediate, but who doesn't want thatHowever, you can mark it up from critical (system issues) to not so critical, and they do have a number of training seminars that you can access later and FAQ's

Its very user friendly
Administration is easy to utilize

Hard to say as I don't use enough to have any issue with Edays

Very easy to use as a Manager and User. Very flexible and can set up as many teams with all sorts of different rules. Great reports.

Sometimes doesn't automate simple things but this may be more my lack of technological no how!

Has saved so much time for Managers with time off approvals and tracking. Employees love it because its fast and easy to you. Has completely changed the way we manage absences. Highly recommend and the Project and Customer Service Teams are excellent

Can't fault it, nothing negative to say about it

The detail that can go into edays makes this a very cost effective solution for any business

There are limitations to some things, however edays are good at listening and do make amendments.

- it is so easy to use- the front layout is nice and the back admin layout is not hard to use- the customer service portal is great, along with the information hub, which I use regularly- that there is a mobile app, so we can check edays on the go- importing entitlement is easy to use- there are webinars to help

- perhaps the interface could look a little bit more modernised? just a suggestion

Even though I’m self employed the company that I work for needs to keep track of my absences so I use edays. It’s very used to see the whole year and get to have a clear picture of everyone’s holidays so no one clashes with each other.

Edays doesn’t let you book holidays with less than 14 days notice - I think. But that’s actually a great idea so the companies have time to find cover

User friendly; good time management. Ability to store sickness records ; download attendance data of employees.

Nothing to mention as I have had no problems with the software

Nothing really because if there is anything your not sure of the team is always happy to help

Very easy to set up and use and good value for money. We had more of a manual process in place previously and edays has improved services a lot

Options to include details as confidential when you request leave for example (only for line manager view). reminder emails to those who have not approved something?

changing features/design is least liked about this software as employees get lost

Ease of use, The report building, also the ease of use for all staff on the mobile version of the webpage

Nothing this software ticked all our boxes and was just what we wanted

Easy to see team by team who is away, and reporting on leave

It is very clever and therefore can be difficult to manipulate to achieve the desired results
