Die Umsetzung unserer kleinen Projekte war innerhalb weniger Stunden umgesetzt. Durch die intuitive Bedienung ein Kinderspiel.

Preisgestaltung: Die Preisstaffelung ist zu grob. Für kleinere bis mittlere Projekte fehlt meiner Meinung nach zwischen Starter und Bronze ein Paket.

Einfach, leicht verständlich, einfache Einbindung in Website

Probleme mit t-online Email des Benutzers. Formulare werden garnicht gesendt bzw. Antwortformular fehlt.

Echt super und eine tolle Erleichterung für den Berufsalltag. Spart Zeit und Mühe und die Website bietet einem wirklich viele Möglichkeiten und Angebote. So viele dass ich noch nicht Mal alle kenne. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall Mal reinzuschauen!

JotForm had a lot of options that Google Form and Typeform and other form software don't have. Such as accepting payment, accepting signatures, etc.

JotForm limits what its users can and cannot do with the forms unnecessarily even if you are just making a form for testing purposes. Unlike Google Forms where you can essentially do whatever you want.

The Google doc form that Jot Form eventually produced could have been produced through Google docs tools or templates. I wasn't impressed. What was worse, after spending an hour sending out our Jot Form sponsorship form to old and potentially new sponsors, I received an email from a potential sponsor saying that the Jot Form link didn't work. To my disbelief, Jot Form not only disabled our non-profit form but suspended our account - all without notice or explanation. We have never knowingly violated any terms of use on any site and even if done inadvertently, at least a warning or notice before or after the fact would be the professional response. If we exceeded our free usage, which is not likely, at least a pop up could give us an opportunity to upgrade. There was none. And then there was the Contact Form. After taking time to change our password and complete the contact form, you can only contact them if logged in. The login was blocked.Adding to the false claim of having 40 million users while having such basic issues, this platform is one I will avoid at all cost. Appearing to be completely unprofessional, we probably lost thousands in potential sponsorships.

We really like to use the forms to keep track of our caregivers times. We mostly don't use paper timesheets anymore, and we now have a hard paper trail not subject to the potential loss of any physical sheets of paper.

Occasionally can't download PDF submissions. We depend on these to keep good records of our team mates times on particular shifts.

Many people in their reviews stated that they find Jotform's impressively simple and user-friendly and this is absolutely true. The Tables input is excellent and quite appealing. This is better than many other (Free to Use) FTU survey / data collection portals.

There are very limited response in free and trial version with limitation in number of forms you can create. But to understand this is enough. Paid version is not perfectly pocket friendly.

Jotform provides the simplicity needed to create all kinds of forms and surveys. It is great that there is a wide range of ready-made templates that allow us to create the forms and surveys that we need in a short time, and it is also great that we can make modifications to the ready-made templates to suit the topic of the survey as well as our brands. In addition to that, we can deal with any type of question and conditional flow. Jotform provides the ease of publishing via email to contact lists, and the recipient of the email will not find any difficulty in filling out the form and sending it. It's great that the responses and results are automatically downloaded as soon as they arrive, which simplifies data collection, arrangement, and processing for export to various analysis platforms.

It's hard not to like Jotform, especially since it's easy to use and the subscription prices are fair and suit all needs.

We are able to control, at the corporate level, the forms being used on field sites. This way we know they are the most recent version and we are compiling the data we need.

We had a couple of support challenges where my account was down for roughly 2 weeks.

What I liked the most is how easy it is to create custom forms adapted to the needs of my business. With its intuitive drag-and-drop interface, I was able to create signup, survey, and checkout forms without having to worry about coding or design. In addition, it allowed me to collect information in an efficient and organized way, which helped me improve my relationship with clients and serve their needs more effectively.

Although the user interface is mostly intuitive and easy to use, I sometimes find that the navigation can be a bit confusing, especially when working with more complex forms. Also, I have experienced some minor technical issues while using Jotform, such as errors when submitting forms or problems uploading attachments. While these issues have been rare and have been fixed quickly, I'd still like to see more stability and reliability in the future.

We use Jotform for several different reasons in our medical practice. We have used it for employee satisfaction surveys in order to provide our employees with a confidential voice. We have also used it when ordering branded t-shirts to allow staff to select from many different options and colors as far as t-shirts

The only issue I have ever encountered was when trying to populate calculations based on certain answers.

I like jotform for its simplicity. I have used many other platforms to build online forms and Jotform BY FAR outshines them all. It is super easy to use and very user friendly. I like that they have make the user experience so easy to build, implement and tabulate results.

I haven't really ran into anything that I don't like about the software honestly. Anything I have ever wanted it to do is built into it already or they have an integration already in place to assist.

All forms are mobile responsive and a mobile app for Jotform can be downloaded on your phone. Forms can even be created on the mobile app. The desktop and mobile are similar. Choose from many themes and templates., choose from classic form and card form.
Form fields are less restrictive. Manipulate forms by drag and drop. Widgets can be added to forms for e-signatures and check lists. Image slide is another choice. Forms can be automated and decrease workload. JotForm advises on how to get better response rates from your forms.

I spend a lot longer than I want using JotForm. It takes a long time to find the right template, the right theme, and personalize them. The freemium plan is restrictive. The customer support team did not answer my questions or solve my problem. I had to ask another JotForm user how to even reach them because JotForm is unorganized.

Jotform is the first software that consistently does exactly what I want. Every. Single. Time. There's a help topic or community response for everything I've tried to create. It also integrates with our email marketing service, which makes customer communication and follow-ups a breeze.

I'm a sucker for flawlessly executed conditional logic, and Jotform does this extremely well. Essentially, every feature I look for is there, ready to do what I need it to, without any kinks, hiccups or work-arounds. Brilliant!

There's no drawback I can think of for Jotform. The only thing that took more effort than I would have liked was verification for sending automatic emails from our domain, but this is only because our organization has tighter security than most.

Jotform has been an incredibly convenient and easy to use tool for me. I love that I can create and manage web forms without needing any coding knowledge. The user interface is highly intuitive and I find myself able to quickly complete tasks without having to search through menus and settings.

My only complaint about Jotform is that the free version has limited features and cannot be customized as much as I would like. I wish they had more features included in the free version so that I could take full advantage of what the platform has to offer.

Jotforms is a simple way to create forms to obtain information and has powerful features for advanced form building. The form builder is drag and drop and provides plenty of options for customization. There is a free version with plenty of features and a cost-effective paid subscription that unlocks plenty of helpful features.

The UX on the submission side is not great. When navigating to the forms to review submissions, I oftentimes have to think twice about where to find them.

Ease of use and ability to customize a forms CSS to my university's branding standards. Forms are simple and intuitive to build with many options. From standard short and long fields to file upload capabilities, JotForm has many tools to get the job done. Branding was easy to customize by having direct access to the CSS through the form interface.

At the time of use, JotForm's pricing structure wasn't optimal for my organization. We had a few users who needed to create and manage forms but we couldn't find a level of access that gave us what we needed. Overall, the structure that we needed was affordable for single use, but not for multiple users.

I became a JotForm user when Adobe sunsetted its FormsCentral product and I've never looked back. With a little effort, truly anyone can build an attractive, functional form using JotForm. You don't have to know any html, CSS, JavaScript, etc. That said, you will probably have to know some CSS to get a form to look just the way you want it to if you are adding it to your website. At least that is my experience. While the the form builder does allow for extensive customization, I've found that I've had to add my own CSS to achieve the perfect look I was seeking. Fortunately, JotForm makes tweaking the form look using your own code very easy.

JotForm is a very mature and feature-rich platform that contemplates nearly any form need, from conditionals, to calculations, to autoresponders. All field types are available and it's easy to set the properties for each, such as required, character limits, hover text, example text, etc. Using URL parameters, you can pre-populate your form fields, too. You can also use hidden fields to perform calculations or set up honey pots for security. Perhaps the nicest thing about JotForm is all its options are available to every form you build, regardless of which level you buy (or even if the free tier is all you need). What you pay for is the number of forms and the number of submissions.

There are literally hundreds of plugins that extend functionality, all included. Customer support is top notch and documentation extensive.

We purchased a tier that allows up to ten users, however, only the primary user can create forms up to the tier limit--the others users essentially have the limits of the free plan. The only way they can avoid those limits is by moving forms they create to the primary user and sharing the form. I've also occasionally experienced issues with payment.

We use Jotform for leave applications and petty cash requests in our small team. Before Jotform, we would typically do it manually and though it is seemingly mundane, does contribute to some inefficiencies specifically for me an my partner who approve these requests. Jotform helped streamline all those.

I like the feature that allows people to sign in the digital forms. This allowed us to completely remove some of the basic forms we have in our office and just transition to digital. It then gives us a PDF report after.

The free version is quite generous, allowing you to use the useful features of the app. I do find the pricing a bit expensive. It start from free and then suddenly jumps to 34 USD.

What I like most about the software is the ability to create a customisable form in minutes without any hassle. It is very easy to work with the form builder to get a design done in minutes.

You have to understand what you are doing to achieve the right result. It takes some time to understand what is available, but once you have the hang of it, it becomes easier and easier.

As an HR professional, JotForm has been an essential tool for streamlining our hiring and onboarding processes. The ability to create custom application forms and collect candidate information online has saved us countless hours of manual data entry. We've also used JotForm for tracking employee feedback, conducting performance reviews, and managing benefits enrollment - all of which have been incredibly easy to set up and customize to our needs. The platform's security features and compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations give us peace of mind knowing that sensitive data is being handled securely.

While JotForm is an excellent platform for creating and managing forms, there are a few drawbacks that HR professionals should be aware of. One of the main issues we've experienced is the limited number of integrations with other HR tools, such as applicant tracking systems or HR management software. This can result in some manual data entry or time spent on workarounds to connect JotForm with our other systems. Another challenge is that while the platform offers a lot of customization options, the design capabilities are somewhat limited compared to other form builders on the market. Lastly, while JotForm is generally user-friendly, there is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to setting up more complex forms or integrations. Overall, while JotForm has been a useful tool for our HR team, these limitations should be taken into consideration when evaluating the platform.

For me, there is no doubt: JotForm is THE one tool everyone should look into when it comes to creating online forms. It doesn't matter what you need the form for and whether you need one form or ten... JotForm is going to be a valuable resource for you.

Of all the different things it brings to the table, my two favorite features are its templates and integrations. Why wasting time to create a form when there are others who have already created them for you? It is crazy to think that JotForm has a template library with over 10,000 items with pretty much every category you can think of (like booking forms, request forms, payment forms, just to name a few).

And if you would like to do something with your form other than simply collecting information, you will be glad to read that JotForm has over 100 integrations with many tools you are probably already using, like PayPal, Zoom, Google Calendar and Dropbox. This is great to create simple, yet powerful automated workflows to do many different things with JotForm.

Depending on how often you use forms, you may find that the JotForm free plan isn't enough for you (at the moment, it has a limit of 100 monthly submissions) so you are likely to end up having to pay for it.

I would say that this is the one thing I like the least about the platform.
