Not chunky, quick loading, fast operating. Finally it feels more like a real app now. Not that other many good thinks about it I can think of.
It signs me out from time to time mainly when connection is poor and then I have to go back to my emails to find my password. The reason I do not change is is because that brings problem and the new one is often not recognized. Not sure if that's been fixed but I decided not to risk. Sometimes if you sign yourself out it does not recognize your credentials and you have to reset your password. I do not like that I am not sure if the app uses my location/mic/camera in the background or I need to sign out for this not to happen.
Ability to schedule emergency cover for shifts efficiently across two sectors (Education and Healthcare) as part of an integrated front office CRM solution for two separate recruitment companies. One used it to scale from 0 to 50 recruitment consultants in 8 months, the other plans to use it to scale from 40 to 150+ over the next 2 years.
Very full feature set, can handle relatively complex scheduling tasks well.
'Drag and drop' capability in scheduler can really speed things up.
Integrates well with Salesforce platform.
Relatively complex to configure and set up.
Lack of ability to hide or relabel unused capability distracts from user experience.
Geolocation of staff clocking in and out is a critical for our clients. Through Sirenum we can easily produce reports that we can share with our clients to show staff location. This was a feature that we have not found in any other software.
Working in the railway we have many industry rules on staff working hours. Sirenum stores all rules and flags up any shifts we roster that break the rules.
With an industry with ever changing rules, Sirenum support is great at changing the conditions!
Easy to use system that connects everything to the central rostering system. Great for managing and calculating fatigue, and easy to export reports for client transparency.
Despite some initial hic ups to start with, I have personally found Sirenum to be an excellent platform. Although we are still doing some work around the platform as a whole, it still offers much of what we need to manage our workforce.

I've been using Sirenum at my workplace, where we manage several hundred employees on a daily basis. We have the system set up so that it alerts us when an employee would breach visa conditions, health and safety conditions, or company regulations - and it shows up right on the scheduling page the moment I save the shift.
Sirenum also has time and attendance, which is verified by the GPS of our employees' phones. This obviously comes in handy whenever we have a dispute over whether or not an employee showed up for work on time.
Finally, we then take all the information from Sirenum and export it straight into Sage. For hundreds of staff, we only need one person to export, review, and import the results once a week.
We switched over to Sirenum after having previously used an ad hoc spreadsheet-based system, and we're quite content with what we've seen so far. By far the most valuable aspect of using Sirenum is how flexible they are with customizing the interface to our specific needs. This makes things a whole lot easier.

As an administrator in my place of work and someone who needs to have access all hours, it's a massive disappointment that I can not alter or adjust people's rosters on an iPhone/ Ipad.
Works fine on android but worthless to admins with IOS
Great to use outside of work of you got android phone/tablet
Can only view and not adjust from drop down menu on ipad/phone

We have been using Sirenum for some time now as a rota system and it has served us well. Customer service responds around the clock when there are any issues.
