Die Zufriedenheit ist mit Odoo17 gesunken, wir haben das Produkt im Einsatz, doch in Anbetracht der Ereignisse der letzten Zeit, würden wir vielleicht ODOO nicht mehr berücksichtigen

Es ist alles sehr gut. Besonders die Gebrauchstauglichkeit ist super.

Wollen einfach nur Lizenzen verkaufen und dann nichts mehr mit dem Kunden zu tun haben. Wenn du als Unternehmen davon abhängig bist - ist der Schaden sehr gross.

Schlechter Eindruck und schlechte Softwarequalität! Tests sind nicht ausschlaggebend, und wenn, dann macht einen monatsbasierten Vertrag, damit ihr kündigen könnt.

I´m rather new with Odoo and still in the process of learning it.
I love the interaction with the people at Odoo. They really are great and very helpful. Odoo is something to grow with and get bigger as a company.

The system software is user friendly and we expect it will work with our operations. However, the level of customer service, communication, and overall timeliness has been below expectations.

In general good. The drag and drop is unfortunately less flexible than I experienced with Elementor (e.g. photos can only be posted as 100%, 50% or 25%.) But with a little creativity and adaptability, I made it work for what I need.

Odoo is incredible it creates website fast and well.

Overall, it's good! But I'm worried about new changes in the latest version to come, which will generate tablets on the shop floor, the need for reconfiguring the hardware, and the need for new training for the personnel to get to speed while producing simultaneously.

Odoo is a fantastic system that is probably among the greatest platforms available at a reasonable cost.

I strongly discourage anyone from using the Odoo Training Service Pack of hours. We had a horrible experience. The Business Service Analysts who work with you are a joke. I imagine there are some good ones. The program is set up poorly from square one. Regardless of your type of business, you receive the BSA who becomes available next. Even if they have no experience, or relatively little, with your industry. You only have ONE person. Not a team of people. To top it off, we had 3 BSA and all were within their first few months with Odoo. I wish I had a dollar for every time our first BSA said "I don't know." I will be escalating my fight with Odoo to receive a refund for some hours. For instance, we were charged for cancelling a weekly meeting that wasn't confirmed since I was literally in a foreign jungle with very spotty internet. Yet, when our BSA didn't show up one week and we had to email (there is no way to call your BSA) to find out via auto-reply that he was out of the office, well...there was no offsetting penalty against Odoo. We were charged many hours for slow work that I can now do myself in half the time! Use a third party company that specializes in your industry or is close to your location and can visit. The Odoo BSA Service Pack program is so poor that the company actually told me that "We don't guarantee the quality of our service." That should tell you all that you need to know about paying Odoo for implementation of your program.

Odoo's customer service has often been really responsive - this is not always the case with their partners..... choose carefully.

Until now it has been super great and really helping me build my business platform. I still have lots to learn, but Apps and Configurations are simpel and intuitive

I wish I had only signed up to pay monthly, but my "account manager" convinced me that signing up for a year and adding all the users upfront would be cheaper. I started with using the platform to replace QuickBooks. I paid for a two-hour support session with my rep, and during the call, he had to look up or ask somebody else for the answers to my questions on how to do something. By the end of the call, he had not answered how to enter beginning balances. It is a basic function of accounting software, but he didn’t know and said he would get back to me. Here we are three months later, and he hasn't gotten back to me. There were other outstanding items I needed answers to, but he hasn't responded to any of my emails. I emailed him asking for a phone call, but I got ghosted. I contacted customer support to help me connect my banking account to the application, and it took them three weeks to respond, and their answer didn’t fix it. I run a business, and waiting three weeks for that is just unacceptable. Getting no response from my "Account Manager" is unacceptable. Clearly, he's got the wrong title because he manages nothing! He can't even do his job.
So, now, this gets worse. I asked for a refund because the platform is unusable to me. Guess what? I won't be getting one. Why, you ask? Because the company is based in Belgium and I am in the States. Seriously, that's the reason they gave me. WHAT THE HECK?
I've now switched to Zoho and can't be happier! Please consider my experience and try something else instead!

My overall experience is that i wouldn't change systems anymore because this is a one way stop. It has it all to run your company.

User friendly, highly functional and good for all sizes of business from the very small to large. Excellent system.

Overall, I would say my experience with Odoo has been both frustrating and rewarding. It is such a powerful tool, but takes lots of dedication, planning, and testing to really understand how the system works, and how to tailor it for unique business / supply chain challenges.

We don't sell widgets that are identical to one another. Everything we buy and sell has unique characteristics which is difficult to transcribe in an ERP system. Odoo is an ERP system that has the flexibility to handle these types of challenges.
