Clocking in electronically. It is mostly very reliable and punctual.

On a very rare occasion it may not clock me in even though I went through the process and I was thinking that I did everything I know!

Fun HR features to keep employees engaged

Was a bit clunky and hard to find information

Ease of use, organized, ability to review networking and personal information in one. I like that it is connected to a time clock allowing me to view and estimate my checks. I like the communication that I am able to view between communities and coworkers.

Frequently having to change password. I dislike the lack of notifications/guides of when something is required. I dislike the ability to filter messages to my specific community, rather than all.

It makes everything HR/Payroll super easy

There isn't anything I really dislike about it.

Its easy to use and has so many functions

Direct deposit change is a bit annoying because it takes iver a pay period

The training module is great; the app is nice to have

Glitchy- and several functions take more clicks than you expect, for example employees have to click two screens to punch in and out.

I like how easy it is to access my timeclock, leave notes, and find pay stubs.

Paylocity lacks visual customization, but is otherwise quite serviceable.

Payroll is easy to use, you can input the hours manually or upload a spreadsheet

Customer Service is terrible if you have a questions they send you links instead of calling and helping

I really like the trainings that Paylocity offers.

Some of the trainings that paylocity offers seems to repeat a lot of the same information over and over again.

Loading issues and errors with geofences

I liked the ease of the program and also the ability to check your 401K benefit status all in one place.

I don't have any negative comments. I loved it.

If i had to choose one thing, it would be that no matter what issue you have, you can call the 888 number, and someone will try to help you

Paylocity has gotten so big, when a change is made or added they don't let us know.

Its everything all rolled into one! The convince of having your time clock, payroll, schedules, HR leader boards, and so much more all in one easy and user friendly interface has so many advantages!

Rounding hours to the nearest quarter hour.

All my information is one spot, benefits, time off and company newsletters and HR information.

Some information I can't see on the mobile app and it forces me to login to the website.

Being able to clock in and out on my phone, viewing my check stubs, and viewing my W2's for tax season.

There was nothing that I did not like about Paylocity.

I've had many employees mention how easy the platform is to use. I, myself, enjoy the ease of set up and administration. Especially when it comes to implementing NEW modules, the team has been great.

It can me almost TOO many options. But, for a certain size company, I can see the additional options becoming more important.

I don't like how the app interface can be tricky sometimes and hard to understand. I also have had some trouble accessing paychecks in the past when I have multiple accounts connected.

Paylocity is easy to use, and provides a great Self Service Portal for employees to be able to track time and attendance, time off, HR announcements, and pay - amongst other things! Everything you need is easy to find, visually clean and organized, and self-explanatory.

There are times, when filling out the timesheet, that editing your times once entered can be finicky.
