There is no integration with our timeclock

Proliant features a suite of easy to use HRIS. The implementation is not a long an drawn out process based on my experience and business size. The price is in line with the features.

Some services that Proliant offers are sub-par and can use better customer service. We use the full tax services that Proliant offers and though the services are full-filled, the customer services of the tax team is lacking. Takes multiple queries to receive a response and the response time is below par. Next is the Attendance On Demand time keeping module, this is by far my least favorite or I should say the worst part about Proliant's HRIS. If you are looking for a simple but dated time keeping system then you should have no issues. But if you are looking for a technically up-to-date system to track time, manage time keeping, and have real time analytics then this is not the one for you.

Proliant is clunky and a labyrinth to work through.

Time and Labor is not synchronized with Payroll.

We made the move to Proliant at the recommendation of our accountant and my only complaint is that we didn't make the change sooner. Our account manager is fantastic, and I believe we are receiving excellent ROI. Mid-year integration in 2021 was seamless and we haven't had any issues.

We haven't had any negative experiences to-date.

Able to oversee everything online and have someone to contact 24/7 with any issues or concerns.

Excellent Response Time for Customer Service

We are pleased to report that we currently do not have any outstanding or ongoing issues to address, and Proliant is awesome!

So well programmed and when there is a question or something missing, super customer service always ready to assist. So appreciated.

I don't have any complaints. Just absolutely very happy with Prolient

From an end user perspective Proliant is fine. It reports details accurately, securely and in an easy to understand fashion. From an admin perspective Proliant has some quirks that make it a little finicky and harder to integrate with other systems.

It has redundant data fields in which some cases are populated and used but other cases are left blank. This has created confusion and mistakes that are easy to correct with training but seem like they could be avoided with some refinement to the product.

the automation and efficiency that it offers in the management of payroll and human resources of my company is great and since we implemented your software, I have noticed a clear decrease in errors and a greater integration with time and attendance, which has simplified many processes which were tedious before

So far it has met all the expectations and requirements that my company needed in terms of payroll processing and human resources management.

Easy for payroll processing. Easier report writer function.

Tracking employee comp time. We have to make the PTO tracking work for this.

I believe that the rather uncomplicated ease all features are imperative to my job duties.Once i used it for a while it becomes second nature.

I can't really think of much except waiting for weeks to hear back from the tax department when having an issue.

Proliant works well for our company. It allowed us to automate payroll, and to be able to take the pressure of tax liabilities off of our staffs responsibilities. It has allowed us to be able to streamline our onboarding and termination processes.

The AOD Timeclock piece did not work for us. We have struggled with implimentation, due to having 5 account manangers in 6 months.

I love that the system is easy to use as an employee as well as as an administrator.

The one thing I would change is the ability to enter specific hours on the timesheet instead of just the total hours worked.

We love the time-keeping system as well as the recruiting platform.

Of course, there was a learning curve but we haven't had any issues with Proliant

It is so helpful to have one contact person at Proliant that helps us with issues that arise and when we need some training or help to understand certain aspects of the system. Our previous payroll company did not have this and you never knew who you were going to talk to receive help and if the information you received was correct information or not.

There is really not anything I can think of that needs improvement.

Its somewhat easy to use but there are no frills

Bad reporting, its all in real time, you cant run historical reporting, the pto system sucks as well you cant run historical pto and balances dont always update

Ease of use makes the product great for payroll

Time & Labor- Novatime. Novatime is extremely complicated and not user friendly

It is extremely user-friendly and precise. The application tracking and benefits management programmes are very appealing to me. Continuous updates and maintenance are performed on the software on a bi-weekly basis. The support staff is always prepared to assist you with any questions you may have or to create any reports you may want that are not readily available. The system is simple to operate, efficient, and cost-effective. We have never missed a paycheck and have always paid everyone on schedule.

The reporting programme is my least favourite programme. It is not always easy to find the information you seek. GL integration and the ability to estimate building costs are not yet completely developed. I'd like to be able to integrate Proliant with our time clock system directly.

It is very easy to use, and it's user-friendly.

Customer service is number 1. If I am unable to ask questions, it is difficult for me to continue.

The software is ver easy to use and the support is very quick to respond.

There is really nothing that I have encountered that I do not like about Proliant

The Proliant System has been easy to use from day one. The set-up was quick and efficient. The staff is great to work with when you need to speak to someone - responsive and pleasant

I have no complaints - the application works as it should and gets payroll done correctly
