as an administrator, I am not always in the EHR system throughout the day and I sometimes forget that I have submitted a ticket for something to be changed and it doesn't email me, but then I remember and log into the system to see that there were further questions before they could make the changes I requested. I would like them to email or call me to finalize my IT ticket.

I like that it is easy and compliant to utilize.

I wish that the calendar/scheduler had where appointments, documentation, no-shows, and cancelations changed colors which would make it easier for clinicians to track there hours.

Sometimes we do not know about updates that involve changes.

Ease of use for therapists, google calendar compatibility, billing management is great, charting is simple and makes logical sense.

Sometimes the system has too many options for staff. Me, as a super user it is great, but sometimes staff can get overwhelmed with all the options and get lost trying to accomplish one thing.

EHR YOUR WAY did take a bit to get set up but is now ready and rolling!

I like how EHRYW seems to grasp the flow and needs of mental health practice management. There is ease of access for clinicians for quick scheduling, quick progress notes, recurring appointments, etc. It allows a smoother daily charting and scheduling. I also really appreciate how we have been able to customize for our agency.

I would like for improvement of grammar especially when interacting with clients (e.g. email template for portal upload). I often catch grammatical mistakes in practice system. There are a few needed ways to continue smoothing out the process.

EHR your way has been helpful in managing my case load. Scheduling feature is beneficial to use for organization and has a variety of options for scheduling. I benefit from the feature that notify you when you are scheduling in a blocked window, when there is a conflict, or any adjust that needs to be made. The documents are easy to find in the client chart. The team at EHR is supportive, timely with responses, and willing to provide verbal, visual, or whatever support is needed for someone to understand a task they need to manage.

I found it difficult at first to navigate a new system, and that was just me as a user. I think many professionals can relate to change in formatting but once I learned about EHR through trainings, I have found myself comfortable and adjusted to the program.

Ease of use and intuitive nature of the functions.

There might be some redundancy of information that could be more streamlined.

This system is a wonderful tool and easy to use once you know it. It helps keep documents and vital information for behavioral data.

There isn't anything as when there is an issue it's getting addressed and fixed as soon as possible.

EHR is very effective and easy to use. All of the sections link directly to what we need them for. One document will automatically sync to the other when information is transmittable. When we need a document updated EHR is quick to fix the document that it pertains to. I solely use EHR when it comes to any clinical interaction with clients.

There is not much I do not like about EHR. Every so often a ticket has to be submitted for a document to be corrected. But these situations are handled promptly.

It is a software that allows you to work smarter and not harder. It has improved our communication with both clients and the clinical team.

I have not found anything that I don't like about EHR.

The efficiency of this highly organized system helps the flow of our workload and everything is user friendly. Also appreciate having the ability to customize options to our unique needs. Customer service is always responsive and quick.

It can take time to learn all the details but once you have it down it's a pleasure to work with.

Everything you need to stay organized is in this app! It's very organized and easy to access. Case notes are a breeze, scheduling and keeping track of daily tasks for each client all in one app is amazing!

There are not really any cons, as with any app, updates can throw things off but it's not for long and the customer service is quick to assist.

EHR is easy to navigate and does not kick me out. I have worked in other electronic medical records and have experienced the system freezing or kicking me out while I am working on notes or assessments.

My only issue is not being able to have more than 3 charts open at a time but it's an easy work around.
