EHR listened carefully to my concerns and specifications and we could not be happier with the results. EHR is very user friendly for our guardianship staff and they are much more efficient in documentation and the provision of services. EHR created excellent reports for me to utilize that have saved me hours of time spent in data collection. When we have had glitches with EHR, they have responded quickly and fixed the issues almost immediately.
