During my usage I encountered no issues with quality, connectivity and the overall experience. One of the strong points users enjoyed was the lack of the need to download an app to their device. On a cost and quality basis this is an excellent program.

Schedule the meeting caused a bit of confusion with some meeting participants. Some thought I was meeting them from Jamaica. I'm in the U.S. Also, this might have been human error on my part - not sure - but the reminders seemed to reflect a different time zone. Again, not sure if that was my fault - possibly.
