Bedienung gefällt mir gar nicht für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet...

Kundenservice reagiert nicht mehr. Wir haben bezahlt und Smartsheet hat einen falschen Account freigeschaltet. Wir haben darum gebeten, unseren alten Teamaccount wieder freizuschalten. Dafür haben wir auch die Account ID an Smartsheet übermittelt. Leider reagiert Smartsheet darauf nicht. Also bezahlen wir derzeit für einen Account, den wir weder benötigen noch nutzen.

Great selection of templates to chose from. Also extremely user friendly layout allow you to create anything from forms to project Gantt charts

To be honest no major problems. Maybe the mobile app could be slightly improved but nothing major

It was easier to view and edit from a web browser compared to a shared excel.

I found it confusing to modify the sheets in the way I wanted at times, filtering was not as intuitive and sometimes my edits did not save.

Filtering for specific items in the list has to be set up by an admin. Ideally filters can be done easier without having up adjust the sheet. However, once it’s set up it works well. Filtering is done in one list (not the same as excel spreadsheet) harder to find what you want to filter

Some features as not as user-friendly as I would like to see.

Smartsheet provides a simplified way to organize projects or events that involve a group of people. It makes tracking the tasks that are outstanding and completed very easy. At quick glance, I can see what still needs to be done, and which person is assigned to that task. I particularly like being able to use colors (green, yellow, red) to visually mark what needs attention.

I wish there was a way to customize the view more, so that it could be branded to match our organization.

I like how organized this product is and ease of use.

I cannot think of any cons at this time.

I love the project planning features of Smartsheet and using it as an alternative to Excel to track and monitor simple data sets, especially when these need to be shared with multiple people.

Despite having many of the features of Excel, it does not have capabilities such as tabs or pivot tables within a single document. You often have to stitch multiple documents together to manipulate data which can be tricky and a hassle. I would also like it to integrate better with other products.

I love how you are able to completely customize solutions for your process/problem. If you need an excel spreadsheet with cross functional tools embedded, Smartsheet can do it. If you are simply looking to send out a form and gather some info, Smartsheet can it AND help you visualize it. There are endless use cases where the flexibility of Smartsheet has played a vital role in our project success.

They are slower to roll out very impactful changes brough forward by the community and I feel they have not captialized on bringing some pivot table like features from Excel into the Sheet Summary area of Smartsheet Sheets.

The various tools made data syncing, sharing, and integration became very easy for us to automate our workflow. Integration with other platforms helped us to cut down a lot of extra work. Smartsheet has become an ideal workplace for us where our team can work effortlessly and flexibly. The customer service and dashboard are extremely intuitive and accessible.

Smartsheet offers everything a new business would need. Therefore, there is nothing I dislike about Smartsheet

Having the follow-up of each task is the best function because it allows me in real time to visualize the progress that is being achieved with each document or task, the work administration makes it easier to do it together with my work team by having a chat in real time to communicate and support us when needed.

Its initial configuration is easy to implement with the help of support that is needed to clarify doubts that arise during configuration

There is no serious problem that has occurred, it always works perfectly and when there are updates they are easy to implement and get everything back in order
