> Our always on platform is pretty easy for general users, and the additional challenge based environment is a great way to engage the crowd.  I especially like the analytics and ROI tools.  They also have a great advanced training program.  Out of the box, it seems like Spigit has the best thing going.  
However, some of the admin setup is quite complicated, with antiquated workflows and custom integration isn't their strong suit.  I got to see a preview of their newest upgrade plans, and it looks like many of their older tech is being brought up to today's standards and beyond.  I am anxious to see the new version.
