What I like most about venmo or it's similarities to PayPal.

What what I like least about venmo is the ability to obtain a debit card it's a little time-consuming and a lot of hopes to jump through

I love the fact that it’s easy to send and recieve money

That if you attach it to Zelle your funds will pending for 15 min

Implementation was incredibly easy and most of my staff (and clients) are already familiar with the application. The credibility of any financial app is critical, so the security and financial insurance Venmo provides is what made the deal for my team.

There is no easy-to-use air-touch feature where two adjacent phones can automatically link for payment. However, this would just be a nice ancillary benefit and is not critical.

Almost everyone has it and it is faily easy to use.

Wehn needing to deposit money instantly there is a fee along with it.

It's free. That's about where they stop. I have never been asked to provide statements from my linked accounts before and been told my money will be frozen until I did so!

Customer service moves at their own pace and everything is considered suspicious. My account was frozen 2 times, I have only used it twice. They have been holding my money 2 weeks now and claim they have a month.

It's much better than PayPal and gives more options.

Still has some bugs and needs better features for multiple users.

Easy to use and comes with a physical card to use.

The comment section and everybody being able to read my purchases or income.

convenient and so much better than carrying cash with you. You can use Venmo to pay any transactions. Your information is secured without any data breach.

sometimes there are down time using this app, but it rarely happens. You will get notified if there are any maintenance happening.

The instant verification of a transaction is my favorite, with the capabilities to instantly transfer funds to my bank account.

Zero problems ever with Venmo. It's my favorite app to use for payment processing.

I like that Venmo makes it super easy to collect payments from customers, and refund them at the same time. I've never used a platform that also makes it easier to track payments.

The user design is not super intuitive, which can cause issues at times, but otherwise I have had no issues!

Venmo doesnt have errors like cashapp. And when adding money to venmo it goes through instantly. Cash app sometimes takes many minutes,hours, or days to go through.

That you cant go in a store and add cash to venmo.

Venmo is very secure. I feel safe and at ease anytime that I use venmo. Plus I can send money to my people without the hassle.

There's only one thing that upset me. I lost all the info to my old account and opened a new one and they offer 10$ when you open one but since I had one before I wasn't allowed to get it.

Customize my payment name with emojis or add inside jokes. It makes it so fun to look at previous transactions!

Never had any issues! But if I could suggest something is more personalization of the venmo cards

I love how easy and fast it is to transfer money over to someone else or if someone gives me money and I can transfer within seconds to my bank account. When working at my other job my coworkers and I would always door dash and were constantly Venmoing each other back and forth, but it was always so fast and easy

There is only one thing I don't like about Venmo and it would be the fee it has, if I need or want to do an instant transfer

It is a very robust platform with easy-to-use features for payees. The site accepts most major forms of payments and transfers money quickly for POS and CC payments.

The accounting page could use some work with additional features to export data to cashflow management software

I like being able to send a QR code to whoever I want or need to send or request money from.

Not One Thing! Had office staff send me emergency funds while in the field, Funds posted to my account, but I could not access them!

I have nothing bad to say about Venmo! I love it!

Venmo Business only has an interface for the app, there is not a desktop version. Since I am at my desk a lot, it's easier for me to run reports and check payment transactions directly from the computer.

It is another source of getting and sending money.

It not as common. I do not know a lot of people that use it.
