The sales team will bombard you will emails and inquiries about "renewing" your license more than 6 months before it's set to expire. It feels like you bought a car at a dealership that is continually trying to "upsell" you new stuff. The product is rarely updated, which makes the "free updates for a year" add-on basically useless. Support will take tickets all day long and apparently file them straight to trash. We could never get anything other than automated "we received your ticket" from anyone at support. > > Avoid this company.
