The application is very easy to use

Love that the software is easily accessible anywhere I am. If I am on vacation and need to go in and check my metrics … it’s there. If I need to adjust a customers order…. I can with a few simple clicks.

They are based in London so their response time sometimes lags.

In the tag ticket dont show all the costumer information but its not big deal

Easy to use, ability to quickly add additional store, along with cloud access to data. You can add additional in less than 10 minutes of time, it is really great if you are adding stores with similar retail offerings.

Cleancloud is cloud based and this is very important feature for the business.

Cleancloud provide the required services that we need for the business, so the business doesn’t have cons for this cloud based POS software.

Needs to separate dry cleaning and laundromats

Some functions were not very customizable and could not be adapted

It is catered to laundromat and dry cleaning operations. It has a unique workflow that makes processing wash,dry,fold and dry cleaning orders easy. We really like the Cleancloud's team support and ability to add features quickly when requested.

The iOS version of the POS app is sometimes clunky and requires a reboot to reflect changes made in the web based version.

Easy to use but sometimes there are factors that is hard to understand

There are times that my customers had a difficulties in paying by app. Sometimes the link was broken when you sent it to clients

Set up service was a great help. Connected easily.

When you want to look up an invoice, you have to hand type it in otherwise it goes into Cleaning

I don't like the service because sometimes we need to talk to someone to express the problem and writing your problem is not clear for the technician to understand what we are trying to express.

Order and customer tracking and inventory is the best use for us.

There isn't an option for international payments. Once that feature is added I will definitely use it.
