I love how easy it is to get to my FTO and benefits information.

I wish the documents were as easy to access as the FTO and benefits information.

I love the ease of use and integrations into other systems that I utilize such as Checkr, Lever and Carta. The payroll function is also very easy to use and the Rippling team is very helpful with answering questions and helping with any payroll issues.

I don't have any current downsides with Rippling.

Generally easy to use. Logical interface.

Servers were down for 2 weeks during critical open enrollment period. Customer service is only provided to HR, leaving the employee-user with no assistance. No employee-user updates about the servers are were provided in the application

The phone app needs to be approved by the company admin to use.

Simple, easy and intuitive. Consistent experience and feel across all modules. Great mobile experience as well.

Lack of dashboard is surprising even though on the roadmap, very behind schedule in its release.

It is easy and very intuitive to the end user.

When I enter my "exit" time, I have to do this after the time, even if it's only a minute off. I would like a rule of rounding of 5-15 minutes. Example, if I log in at the end of my day at 2:28PM for an end time of 2:30PM because I'm not going to do any more work in two minutes, it would be nice to enter 2:30PM whereas now I have to remember to log back in after 2:30PM to "sign out" for the day.

The only other criticism would be when I am approving time cards, one on the last day of the pay period Rippling takes me to the first day of the next pay cycle. Also there seems to be a lag in when I approve a person's time card and when the system registers the person's time card has been approved.

What I really like about Ripley was the ability to be able to track the employee location when they clocked in we kept them all honest

Sometimes it would go down and we’re having issues clocking them in so in the background we had to clock them in manually

With Rippling, we have amazing work management features. It is affordable, well equipped and offers amazing customization options.

I would highly recommend it to any business looking to streamline their HR processes, with the caveat that they may encounter some challenges with customer support responsiveness.

Our company uses Rippling for managing Medical, Dental, Insurance, and other benefits. Enrollment flow is easy to use in the module without any specific domain knowledge. Clear and concise page-wise flow makes it easy to handle and move from one page to another. Signing the documents is easy as you can electronically sign them.

Lack of integration of AI in its module and video for each module before enrollment and tasks.

The ease of getting paid. Making sure my employee get their training done and paperwork signed.

I don’t have anything bad to say about rippling.

I don't have anything that I dislike about my using Rippling so far.

I have not noticed any deficiencies with the current programming.
