I used StaffCircle in my previous role and the company used the solution to communicate with our non-desk employees, to record and track holidays, run reports on compliancy (for example risk assessments, work permits etc.) and also for our performance management.

It has been great because we didn’t have to change our current annual appraisals, instead, we were able to align One2One reviews/check-ins with it. This means a more continuous approach to performance management which helps us see what is going well and what we need to improve.

Nothing to note. I know from working with the champion there was the initial set up for your risk assessments, but once that’s done compliancy and trackability are very easy.

The simplicity is what I like most about staff circle. Any user can easily find their way around it.

Probably the home page as soon as you log in. Not a big deal but I would rather it would maybe open up on my profile or news feed perhaps

As an end user StaffCircle is easy to navigate and make use of.
I mainly make use of the HR Resources, Staff Directory and Internal Communications aspect of StaffCircle and have found all of them user friendly and useful.
Specifically the Internal Communications feature, although similar results could be achieved with email threads or team channels, StaffCircle presents the information in one easy to find location and allows for greater recognition. A congratulations message about someone's promotion will quickly get lost in a company email but in StaffCircle it is not only set apart from the normal day to day workings of the company but provides a nicer way to recognise talent throughout our company.

As an end user I don't really see any negatives to StaffCircle, I have not had much experience with similar products on the market so also can't make much of a comparison.

The ease of use and how it is very visual. It is very self-explanatory and i can do multiple things on one platform, such as booking holiday, viewing internal communications and looking at my performance.

I think at first, the notifications were the least favorable as i was receiving multiple per day. However, the employee team worked with staff circle to solve this issue and now we only receive the notifications needed.

Due to some staff working from home and some staff working in the office I feel that StaffCircle brings us all together with the internal news feeds and communications. It seems like a 'one stop shop' in the sense that you can catch up on internal news, book your holiday, look at your objectives, all in the once place.

When you first start using StaffCircle it can be a little confusing and not user friendly in the first instance until you have had the training and have used it for a while

StaffCircle makes it incredible easy for one to track and keep tab with agreed performance contract. One can easily access how far one has gone in terms of all the contracted goals in any given year.

It is not accessible on the go. It should be made available through a mobile app. So one can use it anytime and anywhere.

I like how easy staff circle is to use. It's very engaging and I like the notifications when a new post is uploaded. I would recommend staff circle.

I don't like how hard it is to find how to book holiday in the next financial year.

The ease navigating around the website. Being able to book annual leave is a very useful tool and there are no issues with it

I like that StaffCircle feels very user friendly. Viewing company news is very similar to using some forms of social media making it engaging and easy to use.

It's also really helpful that you can see if your holiday requests overlap with another team member. I like that you can connect channels such as our payslip portal which makes it really easy to find important information in one place.

It would be good if it was possible to see the holiday of all staff at the same time. As I work with lots of teams across the company it would be good to use StaffCircle to see who is on leave quickly before setting up meetings.

Some of the best benefits of staff circle include its ease of use, its user friendly dashboards and features, and the great ability to communicate in a useful way across multiple departments.

Its hard to pick any real cons of the service as it delivers everything we require from it as a service.

Great tool for internal company communication, holiday and other absent capture. Can manage my teams absenseces very easily.

There is nothing that I do not like about StaffCircle.

The layout is easy to use and you can easily navigate around.

I cant say I find any real faults with StaffCircle for what we use it for. it does what I need it for.

The Hashtag helps to search for better.
The graph associated with the percentage of goal completion is a very good feature.

We can't see who likes a post. It just gives you the count of likes. Only comments have the user name.

The level of engagement with our staff has been the highest we have ever seen since now we use Staff Circle. It is easy to use for all and everything is all in one place! I would highly recommend this platform.

Would be great to see a personal page where you could share personal photos or updates with your colleagues (such as birthday pics etc)

It has a great way to summarise all the info you need into one place.

It could do with a little less complicated menu but the dashboard is great for solving this.

Staff circle is an easy to follow platform that allows me to book the time off i need and see when it clashes with others. I feel as though I can access it easily without the need for confusion. I wish all my work platforms were like this! I am able to see what my reviews and objectives are without having to dig deep! I can see my progress and deadlines with ease! I frequently use this platform to keep on track of my tasks and ensuring I am prepared for when anyone is on annual leave. I am Able to offer support to customers at any time due to the information provided!

Nothing! I have had many jobs and it is the best platform for booking time off and objectives

I like how interactive it is to use. It's nice to have all of the HR function in one place. Booking time off is easy and it is simple to see when other staff members are booked off.

For the blogs, it would be nice if people could change their votes on polls and if it was easier to upload photos to the blogs.

I love that it is a central place for all of yours and your team members' goals and objectives.

The news feed is great for keeping up to date on things going on in the organisation.

There's not much to say here, I can't think of anything that I don't like

Not being able to view Payslip and it did take a while to get used to inputting new things

It is very easy to access and you get a email to say there has been an update. Its is simple to use.

If anything it would be nice to view job descriptions and pay.

The variety of features that cover most aspects of HR and internal company information management.

Interface is a little clunky with icons that aren't clear what they until you hover over them.
