Die wichtigsten Einstellungen, um das Buchungstool an den eigenen Unternehmensauftritt anzupassen, sind bereits vorbereitet, so dass keine Programmierkenntnisse erforderlich sind. Ebenfalls läuft der technische Support im HIntergrund - es passieren also fast keine Pannen. Und wenn doch hilft der Kundenservice blitzschnell, freundlich und kompetent, so dass es für mein Klientel rund um die Uhr möglich ist Termine zu buchen, wann und wo sie wollen, mit der Möglichkeit sofort mit dem Zahlungsmittel ihrer Wahl zu bezahlen oder auch erst direkt bei mir vor Ort :-)

Laut Kundenaussage funktioniert manchmal die Zustellung der Erinnerungs-SMS nicht, lässt sich jedoch beheben, wenn ich beim Support anrufe. Meine KundInnen verlassen sich jedoch darauf, dass sie erinnert werden, das ist manchmal etwas ungünstig, wenn die SMS vorher nicht kommt.Einigen Kunden ist der email Ansturm, wenn sie online buchen zu viel.Und ich persönlich würde sehr gerne die Möglichkeit haben einen speziellen Kundenkreis aus der Datenbank anzuschreiben. Bisher ist mir das jedoch noch nicht gelungen, so dass ich mir die Kundendatenbank exportieren muss, dann aussortieren und danach erst die emails versenden kann - das ist etwas umständlich. Aber im zweiten Schritt kann ich diese emails auch nur dann so personalisieren, wie ich es mir vorstelle. Das könnte eventuell verbessert werden, ist jedoch jammern auf hohem Niveau...

Treatwell booking system is amazing. You can check your clients history, rebook them, sending your campaigns and lots of other functions. Web chat is always avilable when you need a quick response. The good thing you can approach online calendar anywhere in the world and see what's going on in your venue.

Treat the returning customers as a repeat customers even If they don't turn up within a year

Fantastic systems for Internet & Phone apps So easy to read and make adjustments to appointments if any customer //client which to reschedule if necessary .

High quality software. Software for ease of use

I do not think there is at present any hick cup with the existing and new software. I am sure there will be additions and perhaps they may not be as useful as it is now.

Some of Treatwell clients change their details and this is very hard to recognise that they are customers who have used our services and are not new.

Can’t block clients , preventing the to rebook if you don’t want them in your salon

Sometimes it’s not easy to find a precise time when using the app on a mobile.

It’s easy to navigate around. Treatwell connect does everything for me like text and email reminders which I don’t have time for, so it’s very handy for me.

N/A the only thing that is a con is when the system goes down, but that happens to most softwares. It’s resolved very quickly so no issue there.
