Reporting showed us which customers were being visited ( and which weren't) with a customer report we created for them.

Had to ask support to open up some features, like Dashboard for instance, it's a free feature so should just be there when you sign up.

Can access it from anywhere. User friendly.

Reporting could be better.

Notifications sent to users when they are assigned to a project would be a nice feature.

It is Quick to submit my weekly timesheet.

Reports are not good. Can't sort by the criteria needed

Certain aspects of customization are not straightforward or have an additional cost.

Our experience with Replicon has exceeded all of our expectations. The system works as described, in the rare instances that we have needed support we have received it quickly, and everyone I have interacted with has been kind and more than professional. The customer service is five stars and what all companies should strive for. Our users have found the interface easy to work with which is a huge plus, saving us a lot of time in implementing and running the system. This is a great product and an even better team to work with.

I really cannot think of any cons; this has been an entirely positive experience for us.

Resource Management Feature and Power BI integration. Integration from Salesforce.

Some features from Gen3 were lost specially on the Project Admin side of things. Hopefully these features will be brought back. Sample: Consolidated task view.

None at this moment: We have been extremely satisfied.

Replicon is a robust time keeping system with dynamic reporting and excellent product support. I routinely call upon the Replicon Support team -- they are incredibly responsive and helpful.

Some features, like overtime tracking, could be improved -- if you enter 10 hours into a day, it is not possible to track which project is responsible for the additional hours of work time.

Timesheets and uploading bills on the expenses.

None. I have no issue with Replicon. Just a case of getting used to using it from administrative level.

Service and patience of your support team.

The frequency that you change the support team members.

The system is user friendly and pretty intuitive.

This is actually probably a con for the original peson who was our system administrator in that some of the leave categories do not make sense! I don't think I have any cons to report for the actual system.

The payroll process is relatively easy to undertake

Our company in America commenced using Replicon first then Australia commenced using it which is Head Office. I am in Australia and every time i go to ask a helpdesk question i get a reply back stating that i am contacting outside of our working hours (which i am not) therefore no one is there to assist me which i am finding very frustrating. We have offices in Malaysia who i have just added to our account. There are other countries but i have not added them at this stage due to disappointment with this issue.

Updates create new learning curves. Online videos would be helpful.

Time Tracking and Project and Task Management

We are trying to automate few things out of Replicon using Power BI .That is a challening thing we are spending a lot of time to find out a solution

Replicon has been everything that we have required to date.

Replicon is robust and can be used in so many different time reporting contexts. Given that, I think it's a good system in terms of flexibility.

There is a steep learning curve. It's difficult to learn, but it is powerful. Be ready to take at least 6+ months to learn it well for your specific time reporting context/situation.

The assistance is really good! The suppport team is always supportive and helpfull.

Sometimes is complicated to set up the system.
