I love the simplicity of the GMass tool. I integrate with my database of members to be able to share regular communication at the click of a button.

Nothing. It's a simple product that packs a punch.

The program works ok. I realized that I'm basically double paying for mass email and GMass felt like it clogged my inbox. It works for plain text emails, however I didn't really find much other benefit personally. And, I regret spending the money on it. Other people have found it really useful and leaving high reviews. I'm just feeling I could have done without it.

The customer service is awful and the website is a little bit of a run around to find your help/support answers. There is no chat function on the site nor a way to contact them. I didn't realize my subscription was still going until I got a card ping today. I immediately canceled the account and went to find customer service to ask them to stop payment since. In order to get a refund, I had to search the site. Then, you can only connect with customer service if you have GMass attached to your emails. I'd already pulled the chrome extension off my computer. Without the GMass extention, you cannot get a hold of customer service. To me, this is dishonoring to the customers that pay money monthly to use a product. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend GMass.

Very affordable. Very easy to use. Like that it's almost exactly like using Gmail.

Doesn't have indefinite email opens tracking by subscriber which is important for my business. Must use a secondary service if sending more than 2000 emails per day.

Good tool , easy to use. Offers good features like auto follow up and A/B testing

The UI can be made better , and very heavy data processing is still something which needs rework

No Flexibility to change recipient name..

While I have used several CRMs such as Hubspot, Salesforce and email marketing tools such as Mail Chimp and Constant Contact, GMass has simplified the process to keep everything within your gmail platform. I started out with the free trial and switched over to the payed version, because the product works...and works well at that! I loved the simplicity of the reporting and follow up features. I would not think twice about using this product!

The templates sometimes glitched, but it was nothing that pausing the campaign couldnt fix!

The regular update to features and ease of use makes this a very sales go-to tool

Though pricey ( which is worth its cost); for now, I can't find anything much negative. just to update the system on bounced and rejected mail.

gmass is very easy to use and very helpful for my business development work. I will strongly recommend it to any person who want to use it as a tool to reach mass people.

It takes time to establish connections and GMASS makes it a lot easier. Also, I only send out personal connection emails - no newsletters or advertising - so I don't want any advertising from the sending company. I also don't need an unsubsribe button - that looks rediculous - I only reply if I get an email back.

As I understand, GMASS has access to all my Google Sheets - so I cleared everything out for security.

It is really easy to use. I do a lot of work from Google Sheets and being able to link that to my email marketing without the need for an API is a game changer for me and my team.

It's very different to it's competitors so took a little while to get used to, but I was over that within a week.

Any product takes a minute for the user to become familiar, and Gmass is no exception.

The ease of contact list integration, i.e. there should be an easier way to import contacts for email. It's not terrible, but it would be nice if it didn't require such precision.

Gmass is so simple and easy to use. I like that it allows me to work within Gmail, and it's much quicker for one-off mass emails than other platforms like Klayvio. Definitely recommend!

I'm not sure about the security of the app

I love its ease of use, flexibility and the opportunity it provides for small businesses to grow especially through email tracking, which makes it easier to identify potential prospects.

I wish it was a little bit easier and friendly especially for a new user.

Easy to implement and use. I've used it before. The service is top notch also.

I wish it did stuff other than just email.
