Getting clients to upload to the right folders can definitely be a bit tricky, but you can actually request files directly to a specific folder, and you can set up folder templates however you want. Additionally, we’re planning on adding the ability to set the folder for uploads for each organizer. So, if they use that feature, they’ll be able to automatically route all documents uploaded for that organizer to a specific folder—presumably what they want if they mention ‘yearly.’ We’re always looking for ways to improve the user experience, so we’ll pass your suggestion along to our product team. As for the credit card fees, we totally hear you—offering that convenience is important, but the costs can add up. We're constantly reviewing things to keep them as fair as possible.
