It seemed like a great all-in-one for our company, but unfortunately, we just couldn't get it to work reliably. Customer support and account managers were useless in addressing our problems and ignored the obvious issues. The tax calculations embarrassed us in front of our clients. They have refused point-blank to relieve us from our $1400 per month contract that is useless to us. Never again
