It is an easy tool to share images with external clients, as well as direct links when linking to people within the business that have a login. > > **Nachteile**: It definitely requires some thought on how you want to get your system working for you, so don't rush into making those decisions. If you start adding in another field after you've loaded images in, you'll have to go back and add data to that field manually.
