I like that AfterPay is user-friendly inside the app when shopping and looking for stores. Putting all their available stores in categories makes it easy to navigate through and there is a variety of stores. Anyone can find a store to shop at. I like that they offer in-app and in-store options and I like that they have a rewards program.

The speed of the app when going from store to store or category to category can improve. It is way too slow and very frustrating. I get impatient most of the time I am in the app and start clicking everywhere because nothing is happening and when it finally wants to wake up and go it clicks me everywhere I clicked except for the intended location. That is my only complaint about this softwarde.

I like that you can accept payments in installments it through a third-party vendor. I also like that you can pay them off early.

I don't have anything that I do not like about afterpay.

It helps out in a bind. Helped me pay for some things on a pay day week.

The range of different businesses on Afterpay and that they are constantly being updated and new ones added to the list.

it is difficult to remove old payment details from the App, late fees occur even after contacting customer support.

Nothing. I likes absolutely nothing about this company so far.

There is no customer service. You reach out to speak to someone and it’s a robotic response. No customer service number to talk to anyone just weeks and weeks waiting on some kind of response and still nothing. It’s absolutely ridiculous!

I owed only $12.96. Then my bank account was hacked. Successfully paid the balance and still blocked me from future use. DO NOT USE THIS EVER!!

The ability to split my purchases into manageable, interest-free installments, making it easier to budget for larger items. The approval process is quick and straightforward, allowing me to use it almost immediately. I also appreciate that there are no hidden fees as long as payments are made on time.

Potential for high late fees if payments are missed, which can add up quickly and become a financial burden. Additionally, the spending limits can be restrictive, especially for larger purchases, and the approval process can sometimes be inconsistent. I also found that not all merchants accept Afterpay, limiting its usability.

Didn't get a chance to use it as they denied my application after they let me get it all set up.

After applying on-line I received an email directing me through the process to set up the service on my website, which I did successfully and received another message saying it was ready to use. Then I received an email from customer service to say my application was rejected because my average shop item costs over $2000. They do not provide any info. about these restrictions anywhere on the website and I wasted my time setting up the service under the impression that I was already approved. Be very careful when setting up this service and don't waste your time doing anything until you get confirmation of account approval from customers service.

I love how easy it is to set up, and it boosts sales like you wouldn't believe.

I don't think there is anything I don't like about what Afterpay has brought to my website.

Love that the services are secure and the payments are automatic. The client does not have to go in and manually pay because the payments come out biweekly

I like how they give you the chance to purchase something you might not have all the money for right at that moment and pay it off in payments.

Sometimes there are issues with being able to get on the app. And if diffcult to get any help from someone that works with the company.

The ease of use provided by afterpay has been wonderful for us. It's trustworthy and easy to access.

Afterpay is very handy to have when making online purchases and extremely easy to use with the app. It makes purchases even easier on a tight budget as sometimes you just do not have all the money available right away. I have made many purcahses through afterpay and will continue to in the future.

I can not say that there is anything that sticks out to me to not like Afterpay. It is very easy to use and keep track of all payments and when they are coming off of your credit card. They do a great job at keeping you informed on all payments and it is wonderful to know when and how much the payment will be.

Really enjoy using this app, it makes having bigger purchases so easy! It’s easy to understand the 4 payments and makes life easier!

I wish they had the ability to create one time online cards for some websites that arent supported just yet

I truly enjoy Afterpay, as it has allowed me to acquire more expensive products in 4 easy payment plans. I also enjoy the fact that you can make payments on earlier than the assigned date. I also really like that the available spending flow, can grow over time.

I had fraud on my debit card which needed to be replaced, since I did not have an updated card at the time pf payment, they lowered my credit due to this.

I like all the information is clearly stated. Customers appreciated the ease of understanding when payment is due and all the terms along with it.

Wish costumer could better manager how they receive the reminder of upcoming payment.

It allows consumers to shop even if they don't have the funds to fully purchase at the beginning. They have the ability to be on their own sort of payment plan and still get what they need.

Not everyone qualifies, and that's a bit of a let down.

Easy to set up. Our dev team liked working with the Afterpay team for client setup. Simple and easy to navigate interface.

Sometimes the responses from customer service could be a bit slow, and we all know that time is of the essence when dealing in eCommerce.

Fast Process and easy to use. It also makes spreading the cost of things so much easier.

Nothing its great i use it often to help spread the cost of things.
