Yahoo Mail is the first email service provided that i have use from my teenage age until now. It is remained free to use for personal usage, with a good feature to sending and editing the email. The email dashboard is keep changing to gives a fresh impression and not looking dull with the same graphic.

The spam filter detection somehow let many of the spam email to be landing on my primary inbox. It can distinguished it clearly by the sender name and the title, yet Yahoo Mail seem can't blocking the email and i had to manually marked the sender as a spam email. They need to do a better job in this area.

This is the business and personal email that I FINALLY settled on. I had trouble finding one that had all the features that I wanted and was easy to navigate around. This one came the closest over the ones that I tried. I love that I can create, which seems to be an unlimited number of folders, to keep saved mail in. I'm pretty OCD about saving and organizing my emails, so this is a great feature for me. I also like that if I happen to get Spam in my inbox, I can flag it as such and it will move it to Spam box. Then it marks it that way permanently, so nothing I get from that sender will get back into my inbox. I also use the Subscription feature quite a bit to manage which regular distribution lists, I want to remain on.

I know there is a lot to this app that I have not tapped into. For me, I've played around with it and have pretty much tapped out on all the features I can master myself. I feel that I would need someone to walk me through additional features or watch a tutorial, to get the full use of what's possible. I don't think it should be that complicated to use the features on a mail app. In fact, it took me almost a year to figure out how to delete emails in mass quantity. When looking into this, I found other users had the same frustration with the particular version I was using. Now, that is a very basic function that should be much easier to figure out!

My first email account was created with yahoomail and it seemed good. The thing I liked most about the software was the layout and interface of my account. It made it quite easy to navigate around the different folders. Also they had an option to increase the number of emails displayed per window. And that was great a feature for users with slow internet connectivity since I didn't have to navigate out and load entirely new pages just to reach non-recent mails.

The security features were very poor. They would ask me to reset my password almost every other week, which made it extremely difficult for me to track my login details and I would often get locked out of my account because I couldn't remember the last password change. Secondly, they have very poor account recovery options. I still haven't been able to access my old account to retrieve my old mails because the recovery email was also another yahoomail which can't also be accessed. No options for phone confirmation or security question to facilitate account recovery.

This mail have large storage and top-notch virus protection and easy to use

Most of the time server is getting down and if fix the notification settings also again it is not working properly.

The most prominent new features of the application allow users to create more than one account on the application and open them at the same time, as people create multiple accounts for different purposes, as one of the accounts is for shopping, the other may be work, and the other maybe for personal use

The inability of the application to display files and documents "Word, Excel, PowerPoint", modify them and save them, or the ability to send them without saving,

The mail is very responsive and easy to access mails, it helps me save a lot of time

The cons of yahoo mail is that some websites don't accept it as a business email

The compact look of the inbox is some thing which I like most and the quick action icons after selecting any emails is really good option. In other email services, we have more number of such icons, some times its confusing which one use but, in yahoo we can see those common action icons on the top of the inbox

The add which appears in the right hand panel is some thing I don't like. At least if they can give the use an option to hide that would be great. And also in the search option they can provide more sub search options. As of now we can search on some three categories, like messages, photos, document. They can add few more options like zip, PDF etc.,

Very user friendly with an attached search engine and the numerous options for filing and storing correspondence.

Uploading images and photos is a bit tricky and if you want to save an email template containing graphics, those graphics may be only script when you retrieve it, meaning you will have to re-apply the graphics to restore the mail to its original look.

Yahoo Mail has a lot of storage capacity, which is perfect for keeping all of my emails. I've been using it for over ten years and have never had to clear my inbox since it's never been full. It is convenient for people like me to have a news summary displayed on the main dashboard since it ensures that I always have something to read and that I am up to date with current events. Its vital spam detection ensures that spam never reaches your inbox instead of filtering it to the junk folder.

There is an excessive number of adverts. The software will bombard you with irrelevant information, and there is no way of stopping it, as far as I've discovered. It also publishes all email responses in a chain format, similar to old Tumblr, which might be confusing. In terms of email, everything is OK, but the service is fading away, and no new features are being provided to keep customers happy.

The most likable feature i like about the software is yahoo mail is very easy to navigate, a user friendly and a not expensive at all since its all free

If you're looking for a great way to stay in touch with your contacts, then yahoo mail is a perfect choice. With this service, you can easily send and receive messages using any device. I am a heavy user and it handles mail, calendar, and contacts without a hiccup. I can get to it on my computer, phone, and tablet, which is nice for keeping up with mail across different platforms. The app is well designed and easy to use. The ability to sort emails by when they were received, or if they were received in response to something else is super helpful, I can easily see things in chronological order.

It always has ads and pops, even when you are in the middle of writing an email. The pop-ups are very annoying especially when you are in a hurry to send an email.

Yahoo Mail offers an incredible amount of storage for email retention, which is why we use it for all of our commercials correspondence. So much storage, that is unnecessary to pay for more.

Spam. Yahoo Mail pushes spam on us more so than any and all other email services that we use. We are often required to unsubscribe from unsolicited mail, only to discover that two more have spawned. As such, the email our account retains, the longer the program takes to load on mobile devices. Lastly, Yahoo will often assert itself as the default search engine on our PC devices.

I like that its free, I like the comfort and reliability of Yahoo mail. I have been with them since before I had children and now my children have their own Yahoo email accounts.

Lastly, I could do without the ads, In the 23 years I've had an account well 2 with Yahoo, I have never clicked on and ad because I was intrigued.

1. You see too many advertisements around your inbox.
2. Yahoo mail plus has some advanced features like temporary email ID or email domain blocking for active email users but it is a paid feature and you don’t see any advertisements. For some users, the payment may not be worth it especially when competitors offer it for free.
3. Draft message section is too basic with standard editing features.
4. Yahoo mail plus trial is available for a short period of 14 days only.
5. There are no inbuilt chat or video call features.

Yahoo mail is a dedicated email platfrorm with very clean and simple interface which makes sending and reading recieved emails very easy. It is among the first email services that started to provide free service to mass public. It offers a huge storage space for your emails and attachment files. Also it has a very smart spam detector, and spams seldomly manages to get it to your main inbox. Its major plus point is that it highly values the saftey and security of its user's conversations and data.

Yahoo mail used to be the most popular email service a decade ago, but it has lost its shine as it didn't evolved with time as fast as its competitor Gmail in ways like integrating with other services. Also it shows ads in the main inbox which is a bit annoying.

A bit of a "standalone platform".
The thing about Yahoo is that it, for some reason (name?), seemed to lose an air of professionalism when GMail came along. It has remained strong with personal users.
The fact that I opened my account 20+ years ago and can never remember the passwords.

Yahoo Mail is and excellent email service provider and is among the ones that started to provide free email services to public and wide. Yahoo mail's user interface is very simple and easy to use. It highly values the safety and privacy of its users and their communications. Its spam blocker is very efficient and keeps almost every spam mail from getting into your inbox. Users get a storage space of 1 TB with its standard free account, which is a lot to save emails and the attachments.

There is a size limit of 25 mb for a single file in Yahoo mail for sending attachments. Also it shows ads in the main inbox and send notifications about general issues (like covid nowdays), rest of that, it is a perfect email service provider.

This is essential for my job. I reach out to new customers and current . Keep people updated on billing and contracts .

There is nothing dissatisfactory about this product I have no complaints

Yahoo Mail badly needs to modernize and expand its base by offering integrations with more and more apps like its competitor Gmail does to regain its popularity.

Yahoo mail is incredibly user friendly. It is accessibly online or via their app. I've used Yahoo for over fifteen years, so the company has longevity and stability. I do like the "More Views" feature and like to manage my account with the "Subscriptions" category within the app. An unsubscribe button appears conveniently on the subject of the email to easily clear your inbox from unwanted email.

The thing I like least is that this email platform is a bit more spammy than my other email accounts. The subscription button mentioned in my "Pros" category does help manage this somewhat.

No doubt, Yahoo Mail has a superb history in email services and still a tireless competitor. It helped me a lot since my college stage in sending assignments and interacting with my professors. With some unique features, Yahoo makes its existence possible in this strong competition. It has extensive loyalty throughout the globe. It provides its customer with protected and encrypted services to interact with each other. It is offering four plans, three for personal use and one for business purposes. All of them are user-friendly and safe. Yahoo mail is a low price email management tool that best in class Yahoo Mail, breaking local, national, and global news, finance, sports, and more. I enjoy news from Yahoo. It’s fabulous software.

Yahoo Mail does not easily integrate with Microsoft and Google software, which creates difficulty in using their features with Yahoo Mail. Despite this, everything is acceptable.

What I like the most about this software is that most of its storage is free. Compared to Gmail that gives users 15gb storage limit, Yahoo Mail offers 1tb. Also, Yahoo mail has interesting features such as Yahoo calendar. With this, I am reminded of my deadlines which made my work productive.

What I like the least about this software is that it contains ads that made the page looks so busy. However, ads are somehow bearable since emails are still visible.

Yahoo makes emailing for work easy and effective. I am able to quickly set up new email addresses for new employees.

Sometime a year or so ago Yahoo made it to where we couldn't forward inboxes anymore. This is very frustrating when employees quit and customers were still emailing those employees for answers and quotes but customer support was quick to respond to this for us. We now just set a permanent vacation message on the employee's email.

It does the job and it is free. It is laid out well and is easy to use. E-mails are organized as you like it; I chose in order of date. The filing system is very useful and keeps decades of e-mails sorted out. The spam filter is robust, but not over-eager. Yahoo!mail is readily portable over the breadth of your devices. Security is robust, but not too onerous once you get used to it.

The e-mail search function is weak. Frequently enough, past e-mails that you know once existed are not find-able. E-mail strings sometimes become tangled balls; too much wasted time attempting to untangle them.

Well..I have been using Yahoo since around 18 years ago. I have remained a customer but I cannot say that maybe its competitors are not offering more user friendly and more useful alternatives. I like the fact that you can be logged with multiple accounts and you can easily switch between them. I also like that they are keeping up with the times and always try to update and evolve.

I don't understand why, but when you receive an e-mail that is part of a conversation, it groups all the emails and you start loosing track which was the last oneand how to find older ones. I am usually using it on my Phone so I'm not sure if also for the desktop version is the same.
