I love that I am able to customize the system to my company's needs, there are very few limitations to the customization.  I like the ability to get a spreadsheet report out of any folder and it includes the headers.

I work in engineering and we typically receive documentation in bulk and several versions over the life of a project. If the bulk load feature would actually version the documents this would be life saving.
