Bitrix24 ist sehr flexibel anpassbar an alle Erfordernisse.

Die Rechteeinstellungen der Benutzer ist sehr umständlich.

Die Flexibilität und die Automatisierung

Das eine vorbereitete Mail nicht gespeichert wird, wenn versehentlich das Eingabefeld verlassen wird.

Flexibilität und Anpassbarkeit, viele Funktionen und Updates. Der schnelle Support über Chat.

Die Auswertungen/Geschäftsanalytik ist nicht durchschaubar, Bitrix verfolgt hier eigene Sichtweisen, die nicht mit den Sichtweisen eines Unternehmens einhergehen müssen. Leider können diese nicht angepasst werden und führen zu "Falschaussagen".Unsere Kollegen findend das Tool teilweise überfrachtet, da in der Cloud wenig vom Administrator "vorgegeben" werden kann.

Übersichtliche Darstellung und einfache Handhabung mit veilen Möglichkeiten zur Team Steuerung.

Im Feed einige kleine Bugs bei der Erstellung von Feeds per Copy and Paste.

Am besten fand ich die direkte und schnelle Möglichkeit, mit dem Team in Kontakt zu kommen. Über die Chatfunktion und einen Überblick auf der rechten Seite kann man seine Kollegen schnell finden und anschreiben, telefonieren oder mit ihnen einen Videocall durchführen. So sind dringende Sachen schnell geklärt. Fast wie im Büro vor Ort. Als virtuelle Variante definitiv zu empfehlen. Was mir noch gut gefallen hat, war die Erstellung der Aufgaben. Es ging nichts mehr unter. Die Aufgaben kann man sogar in Teilaufgaben einteilen. Das ist ein großer Vorteil bei der Zielerreichung.

Per App kann man sich auch Sprachnachrichten schicken. Leider nicht über die PC-Version. Das fehlt definitiv, wenn man weder telefonieren noch tippen möchte. Ich wünsche mir zudem eine Möglichkeit, für Kollegen einen Abwesenheitstext sichtbar unter meinem Bild anzuzeigen oder eine Pushnachricht. Es kam häufig vor, dass ich als beschäftigt oder abwesend angezeigt wurde, es aber niemand wahrgenommen hat. Diese Funktion würde ich mir etwas präsenter wünschen.

Zugriff für mehrere Nutzer ist relativ einfach und gut zu handeln.

Zeitliche Anordnung verschiedener Aufgaben ist relativ unübersichtlich und schwer zu überblicken.

I liked the versatility of the features and having them all on one platform.

I feel as though Bitrix24 is not very user-friendly. It has wonderful features, but it is a little technical.

There are a maximum of options with an easy to use interface.

What I like about plsu is the application on android. I did not find an application that has other resemblance with the web version.

Surely it's full of features, basically anything a CRM can have.

Its price and assistance are very bad. It is very costly if you really want to use all of its feature and if you have just a simple problem and need to get in touch with the support team, it can be awful. Design can be better too.

I liked Britrix24 due to its simplicity, flexibility and power. It gives a clear view of who's doing what and what needs to get done. It keeps tasks in order, deadlines on track and team members aligned.

It is not desirable that changing pertinent information in the application can only be done by me as the administrator, this delayed most my work.

Availability of an extended range of features in one place is what I like most about Bitrix24.

Tracking time on projects is automated which saves time for 24.7.

Bitrix24 barely offend me when using it to send messages and manage projects.

I can effectively manage and control the entire company and its departments with a single screen and multiple jobs.

Everything is in its place, even thanks to Bitrix24 we are informed about technological developments, such as integrating artificial intelligence into the CRM system.

What I love most about Bitrix24 is that we only need one system to handle everything! I don't need 3 separate systems for accounting, CRM, task management- I only need just this one.

I've had plenty of time working with Bitrix24 to test out it's performance and it hasn't let us down! I have no dislikes.

What I Liked most about bitrix 24 is the price of the software it was worth spending for for some users. It would be cheap. I can see it is really not budget friendly, but it is very user-friendly. It has free trial that you can try on and believe it or not. I swear you would love it. It has also some more features that every business needs.

I think what I liked least about it That sometimes it is very slow and has a bug, but it was resolved very quickly. The customer service is also responding very timely. I am asking for a better mobile features so that I can really enjoy using this software.

The disadvantage of this tool is that it is not so well known in the market, and therefore it is not widely used. So they don't know its many benefits.

Bitrix24 is an easy to use organizational software that allows companies to keep track of a number of items, including time recording for their employees. It is user friendly and very easy to submit time sheets.

Bitrix24 can be a little confusing to work for the first time but once you get the hang of it, there is no trouble.
