Sales team oversells features (e.g., EFT payments possible, but not if you sync Vrbo)

Refund refused (“cannot provide monetary compensations for every technical issue”), and onboarding took longer than the 14-day cool-off period, so I couldn’t even test before losing the right to a refund

Also, I really like the "Ka-Ching\!" sound alert on my cell phone whenever I get a new booking. Makes my day.
