Our account rep, account manager, and implementation lead are all really pleasant to work with and communicate well. The product is working well so far, and we're looking forward to our Phase 2.

Overall it is a nice accounting management software.

I am a very big fan of NetSuite and I am excited about learning how much more NetSuite can do for our business that we haven't touched on yet. It has given us more visibility into our financials and shortened our closing time each period.

I have only been using Netsuite for about two years now and have nothing but good things to say. The system is user friendly, allowing me to add shortcuts and save reports in order to save time and make things easier for myself.

Still implementing. The customer support has been great, the same with our cases follow-up.

Overall a very powerful system with endless capabilities for virtually any business vertical. Can be difficult for non-technical users to navigate. Support team is responsive and professional.

I don't have any major issue, but if there are some updates, it must help my daily workflow. - Also, I hope if I/S details show more details as a default setting. (Journal entry memo, Journal entry descriptions, Subsidiary/Entity Name, Etc.), it must be better even though we can customize, I cannot save all account reports.

NetSuite is a great ERP solution for mid-size/enterprise level businesses. It's scalable and extremely customizable, something many ERPs lack. It's fully cloud-based, and has modules for pretty much everything that isn't included in the base application, including multiple e-commerce suites, demand planning, online forms, WMS, HR, the list goes on.

I love working with NS, I think it's very user friendly, reporting is super flex and the ability to see consolidated reports at all times is incredible. The only things I think require improvement are the fixed assets repots and the billing schedules.

Would highly recommend, is a learning curve like any new system.

definitely worth while moving too if your looking for progressive expansion

Overall, our experience with NetSuite has been highly positive. The platform has significantly improved our inventory and order management processes, providing us with real-time visibility into our operations and helping us streamline our workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy. While there was a learning curve during the implementation process, the benefits we have gained from using NetSuite have far outweighed any initial challenges. We are extremely satisfied with the platform and its impact on our business.

Overall we've found gains working with Netsuite, but it took about 18months before it was really integrated in our organization and I still question whether some of the gains are worth the drawbacks.

Great ERM tool to manage resources effective and use same language when talking to different teams internally. We are glad to use this tool because for example it was not possible to track expenses and related them to a particular customer with NetSuite.

Netsuite is able to give me all the inventory information needed to improve my business.

In general I love Netsuite and how flexible it is for addressing the needs of the vast majority of customers.

They are as bad as used car salesmen. Very little after purchase support unless you want to pay big money in support fees. Always trying to upsell you overpriced services you don't need or should be covered by your over priced annual contract. For example, you can report a system bug that is definitely THEIR problem, and the first thing they want to do is charge you money to look at it. System has gotten buggier the last few years after upgrades.

Reporting is really bad. For a retail business, they don't even have a standard inventory aging report. You can't do exchanges. If you print barcode labels, you will have to pay extra for an add on app with another company to bulk print labels from receivings etc. Search function for items stinks. You need to use wild cards, the results are hard to narrow down, many fields aren't searchable at all (like vendor MPN) . If you have just a few products and a small amount of inventory it is fine, but if you have a lot of SKU's, it stinks.

We are very happy with our overall implementation/use of Netsuite. Our experience, as well as our customers experience on SuiteCommerce, has improved dramatically.

We implemented NetSuite but the training steps were done in house and documents were not available. I recommend if switching to have training docs and steps prior to go live.

The decision to move to NetSuite was difficult. It was extremely expensive for our small company (4 of us at the time), but the features were robust and we felt like it could grow with us. We were talked into additional features at added costs (Premium Support and ACS) that we have regretted purchasing (they were unable to delivery anywhere close the value promised, mostly because of bureaucratic processes that only served to waste our time). NetSuite does not care at all that we are unhappy customers. I like to think of our service providers as being part of my team -- they will help me succeed and in turn that will help them succeed. NetSuite does not care at all about whether we are successful, and instead seems only to want to squeeze every last penny out of us. At this point we have spent so much time and money on NetSuite that we are reluctant to move our business. We keep hoping that our investment will one day pay off, but are usually left cursing NetSuite rather than praising it.

Horrible and lost a small fortune for something that never gave us accurate costing or reporting. Moved the company off of netsuite to QBO Advanced combined with A2X and Flowtrac manufacturing and now have an automated tech stack more easily ran by a small accounting department in a fast paced industry.

The overall experience with Netsuite is great. Customization is possible with no efforts. We are able to support almost all the Finance and Supply chain processes
