I had to adapt to it on the recommendation of one of my customers. The functionalities are interesting.

Unfortunately, I couldn't switch the language to French.

With Domo,it is simple to create stunning data visualizations in real-time.It is simple to prepare and explore data with Domo.It is possible to analyze complex data with Domo.Again,it is simple to create customizable data reports and dashboards with Domo.

Until now I'm yet to encounter any drawbacks with Domo.

How inexpensive it is. Compared to its competitors, Domo is the most affordable option. By no means does this make it the best solution.

1) It's functionality is a weak version of Tableau. 2) Their customer service is beyond horrific. Our experience with their platform was sub-par. Renewal notifications were sent to the email address of an employee who is no longer here, and Domo is now demanding we owe them for a multiple year contract. When we politely asked to have it nullified, they sent it to collections. You may save money initially, but you will most likely lose it long term.

I love the way that Domo pulls data into visually appealing formats. It makes reviewing, understanding, and sharing information way easier and applicable to more audiences, which is a major win. It is also easy to use, which is an additional plus!

Sometimes navigating to the sources of the data is difficult - If I didn't create the card or was not trained in what the card consumes, I find it sometimes hard to figure out what data is included in it.

We can gain deeper insights thanks to Domo's machine learning and advanced analytics capabilities. We have a thorough understanding of our business indicators because of Domo's ability to link to a wide range of data sources.

For applications that need immediate data visibility, in particular, its real-time data streaming capabilities might be strengthened.

Data visualization (graphs, tables, etc.). Domo pulls data from my organization's CRM system and other sources, making Domo a single place to view information.

Updates made in a source take some time to flow through into Domo, it's not instantaneous.

I love the fact I can do a quick glance to get numbers for reporting on the dashboard

DOMO is a phenomenal software for data querying. It is super clean and easy to navigate.

Requires someone with SQL knowledge to manage but is very powerful.

It was easy to use to import data and build data connectors. One person could manage the entire data structure and system fairly easily.

There are limitations to software when its easy to use. Domo is not an exception.

By far the best feature is the ability to take lots of crazy, boring data and making it tell a visual story. A picture tells a thousand words.

We ran into some problems with a few of the data sources we tried to connect to. The Domo help team was great, but it wasn't easy.

To get started with Domo is a very smooth learning curve. You don't need to be an expert to start getting value right away. Both the technical side and the casual users were able to take advantage of Domo immediately.

We had some small hiccups with performance that we needed help with. On occasion we had slower than expected response times from Domo support.

It's generally pretty easy to get data into Domo and the ETL options make it pretty easy to do any necessary data cleaning and transformation. The platform is user friendly and building visuals are straightforward, although they can be limited at times.

Domo's support team definitely needs improvement - their response time is lacking and frequently ask for information that has already been provided in the initial ticket submission. It's also easy for the platform to become very disorganized - Domo could definitely benefit from implementing some data catalog functionality.

I am a consumer of Domo visualizations, and also have built quite a few of them. My previous experience was with Tableau, but I was able to step into Domo fairly easily. They have good documentation, and I was able to figure out how to present data the way I wanted without too much headache. I really like Domo's tools for arranging a dashboard.

The average user is not going to be able to create their own visualizations. I think this is pretty typical of BI software - it's almost always going to be fairly complex
