Wir sind langjährige Kunden von PandaDoc und waren bisher zufrieden. Doch im Mai 2024 bemerkten wir eine erhebliche und unerklärliche Erhöhung unserer Rechnung seit März 2024. Diese Erfahrung war äußerst frustrierend und hat unser Vertrauen stark beeinträchtigt.

Wir sind langjährige Kunden von PandaDoc und waren bisher zufrieden. Doch im Mai 2024 bemerkten wir eine erhebliche und unerklärliche Erhöhung unserer Rechnung seit März 2024. Es stellte sich heraus, dass unsere Benutzerkonten, die seit 2022 vorhanden waren, durch eine Systemaktualisierung dann einzeln berechnet wurden, statt inklusive in einem Paket. Diese Preiserhöhung erfolgte ohne unsere Zustimmung.

Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme und klarer Kommunikation verweigerte PandaDoc eine vollständige Rückerstattung der unberechtigten erheblichen Zusatzkosten. Der Kundenservice bot nur teilweise Rückerstattungen und keine zufriedenstellende Lösung an.

Diese Erfahrung war äußerst frustrierend und hat unser Vertrauen stark beeinträchtigt. Wir hoffen, dass diese Bewertung anderen hilft, vorsichtig im Umgang mit PandaDoc zu sein, und dass das Unternehmen seine Kundenservice- und Abrechnungspraktiken überdenkt.

Pandadoc ist einfach aufgebaut und bietet, im Gegensatz zu einigen Konkurrenten, eine unendliche Anzahl and Signaturen an.

Es gibt nichts negatives, was mit bisher bei PandaDoc negativ aufgefallen ist

Schnell und einfach zu erlernen und Personal zu schulen. Das PandaDoc-Supportteam reagiert auch immer Zeitnah echt toll. Wenn Sie nur eine einfache Unterschrift auf einem einfachen Formular benötigen, ist dies ein Kinderspiel.

Manchmal kann das Importieren von Dokumenten aus Word ihre Formatierung verlieren, aber nur selten

Perfekt um Verträge abzuschicken und abzuschließen. Preislich auch besser als die Konkurrenz.

Hoffentlich gibt es in der Zukunft noch mehr Funktionen!

The ease of setting up template forms for multiple use was great

It can improve in logic conditional format to set up each form better for the user to complete only necessary fields when another question was answered a specific way.

So easy to set up and get going with document templates, bulk sending of documents to sign, collecting sign-ups to our company. We've used it for massive volumes and has never let us down.

We sometimes face issues with logging in being very slow.

Has every feature I can think of that I would need for a proposal.

The price is much higher that other competitors.

I appreciate the ease of use and fast the forms are to complete! The clean, sleek look is also a plus!

I honestly can't think of any cons, it's great system!

It is a simple easy to use esign platform that is offered at a good price point.

Setting up the templates can be a little difficult at time but overall it is a solid platform for what we need it for.

Love PandaDoc, its integration with HubSpot is super useful and its features are incredible

The amount of data that can be sent from PandaDoc to HubSpot is limiting

Easy to share files and get signatures like for NDAs.

Hard to integrate with other tools and saving filing names can be a challenge.

Contract management is so simple with PandaDoc.

I have not had any issues using the PandaDoc software.

I love PandaDoc. I have used DocuSign and SignNow for similar jobs in the past- and PandaDoc is the easiest, most intuitive, and most cost-effective solution for digital signing. I use it to send job offers, HR documents, and to execute contracts with clients. I will always rave about PandaDoc! The best part? Clients find it easy to navigate- I get far fewer complaints using PandaDoc than I received with DocuSign or SignNow.

I have yet to find anything I do not like about PandaDoc.

Pandadoc has wonderful integrations with GMAIL, Salesforce and Quickbooks. Their ability to work with al three platforms greatly improves our sales process.

The backward-compatibility with Salesforce is very tricky to set up. Importing and exporting CRMs to link documents has proved to be a struggle in the beginning.

Dashboard is easy to use & identify where you need to go

Wish you could have more users without having to pay full price for multiple subscriptions.

It makes the document management a easy job, saved me a lot of time. Some important features for me are the construction estimates and quoting, more than a half of my job is done with the help of PandaDoc. The possibility to get digital signatures on your contracts and docs is crucial for and offers the liberty to do the job on the go. Document cloud offers a secure storage and available from any device wherever you are.

Is not perfect, but there are no cons worth mentioning here.

Sometimes the fields within the forms are finicky when moving them around the page

Very versatile and easy-to-use platform.

For the time we're working with PandaDoc we haven't seen any cons.
