I like that the tool is easy to use even for non-technical members and does a great job analyzing complex data. The onboarding process is easy.

The only downside is that at times the performance is slow and the loading time is sometimes long

It’s a good option if you want to do dashboards connected to google sheets. Also a good alternative to PowerBi

They can ad some more personalizations for the dashboards

The user interface can be a bit basic, but I like that it can be designed in my branding. It does however come across as a bit basic sometimes

It’s super easy to maintain and update reports - particularly if using some of the direct integrations for Google products (eg Google ads). Also great to be able to pull in data from attribution tools like Ruler Analytics too.

Not necessarily a ‘con’ as such, but your dashboards look as good as you are a designer; I’ve seen some incredible dashboards built by colleagues and peers and also seen some truly terrible ones; the flexibility of the tool means you do need to have a basic grasp of data analysis and visualisation.

I love the simple easy to use interface thanks to the drag and drop feature which makes it easy to analyze data

The cost is pricy compared to other alternatives doing the same task

Connecting different sources or importing data is very easy and you are sure that data is always up to date. Another important feature for me is that you can share these reports with other or you can export them.

Creating a dashboard with all you need can be a little complicated for the first time.

Compared to other alternatives it lacks flexibility

The biggest feature for me is the ability to import different data from different sources. Creating a dashboard with all the data you need gives you a better picture of your activity, which is easier to analyze. It offers many types of charts and graphs where you can integrate data from different sources easily. Sharing the reports with others is eay, as you can share the live report where data is updated automatically or export as a PDF.

No cons for Looker, I wish more apps would allow users to export data to Looker automatically.

The massive amount of data, from many different platforms, can be compiled in many different ways for a great report.

You almost need a PhD in computer science to program the report. Steep learning curve.

The most important feature for me is that you can import all sort of data into looker. After importing creating a dashboard with information you need, charts and graphs is a easy thing. When needed I share my dashboard with colleague and partners, is easy to share any report or export in a PDF and sent it.

There are no cons for Looker, everything is works good and ... free.

Running complex queries on this tool affects system performance occasionally which is not ideal.

It's quickly ingests the data we need to run reports and build visualizations for various teams.

It doesn't follow the same data schema and handle objects from salesforce the same way so we have had to manipulate various fields to make Looker connect properly. The data quality doesn't always match salesforce.

Easier to start with than other visualization tools.

Some charts take long to load. The learning curve, even if shorter than with other tools, is still not insignificant.

I like looker because of its best data analysis and organization mechanism.

Nothing to be disliked it is best at all.

I use this tool to show data to clients and analyze the statistics. It can help a lot to make the plan for the future actions.

Connecting the third party apps is a little difficult for the first time.

Some things that I like least about Looker include:1) Lack of functionality due to product lags2) Limited statistical features3) Integrations sometimes do not work well with Looker because of their limitations i.e. duplicate columns

I like the most in Looker is that it allows me to visualize my data analysis and to explore and to understand my data efficiently. Also this platform has a wide variety of data sources. Aside from this it is also flexible and customizable and also allows me to make tables and graph for my data. It is also user friendly.

The most cons that I can say is that it is a quite expensive but the prize is worth it for it's uses and purpose.
