Bis ist mir nichts negatives aufgefallen

Basecamp ist einfach zu handhaben. Die Abstimmung innerhalb von Teams kann dadurch verbessert werden, beispielsweise durch tägliche Status-Emails.

Die Oberfläche ist sehr einfach gehalten (optisch) und nicht ganz übersichtlich.

It doesn't require any training for new users to jump on the platform to view their tasks and deadlines and communicate within the project.

Very difficult to project management across dozens of milestones when compared to Asana or SmartSheet.

What I liked about Basecamp is its professionalism in document management and an easy and simple interface that anyone can rely on. I highly recommend Basecamp.

Everything looks good on Basecamp, except that there is a slight problem, which is that the program crashes suddenly sometimes

Basecamp historically did no longer have integrated time tracking functions. For teams that require specified time monitoring and reporting for billing or assignment evaluation, this absence can be a vast drawback. However, Basecamp has added a separate product called Hey for work that includes time monitoring features.

Basecamp has given us ability to communicate with clients all over the world in order to get projects done. Basecamp allows members to share ideas inorder to come up with powerful outcomes. Working on projects has been easy because of collaborations which makes tasks get done faster.

Basecamp for me has done well and doesn't have anything negative to talk on.

Basecamp has a lot of great tools and features "out of the box" that make project/task management easily done while setting clear prioritize to maximize productivity.

There isn't much to put here! The biggest challenge was internal adoption and use, which was no issue once they got to know the lay of the land in Basecamp.

I liked the simple design and functionality. The software works how it is supposed to and isn't trying to be more than exactly what it is.

If just wasn't at good at some of the things it did than other specialized tools. It wasn't as good as Slack at chat and async collaboration in chat. It wasn't as good at task management as Trello. It could do those things, but our team just preferred having multiple more specialized/feature-rich tools.

It is okay to use just need time to understand and navigate through the interface for effective collaboration

It's user-friendly, facilitates collaboration across geographic distances, lets you draft and share papers with your team, and features a clock to track attendance.

Basecamp remains competitive with other project management software options because it provides most of the features necessary to successfully oversee a project.

It had a simple UI which was easy to use and always on point. It did not have any fluff and it did not require me to spend an additional 5 minutes to interpret each page. It was also easier for my clients from smaller towns (who were not as tech friendly) to adopt to.

The page would look cluttered at times when it had too many tasks and schedules put together. For someone like me who puts a high priority on UI, this was not very appealing. Incorporating grids/tabular format could have made it appear more organized.

I love the the user interface is easy to learn and use. It's laid out in a way that makes intuitive sense for juggling multiple projects at once and has many features that keep to-do lists easy to track and the activity of everyone on the team visible.

It can be tricky to figure out how some of the tracking works and which feature best helps your organize your work. Sometimes there are more items than you need and it would be nice to be able to remove more features from the dash and menu if you don't use them.

The platform is not too complicated, and has all of the functions needed to manage projects. The do list function allows me to map out the entire project, and follow progress throughout. Equally, with the template function, it means that creating a new project can be done very quickly.

Perhaps there could be more updates with added functionality.

You can create tasks for your agency, set up the deadline. Chat under the task if something is not clear.
You can upload files.
You see a clear timeline of "events" - what particular users did (comment, upload file,..)

You cannot open some files within Basecamp, you have to download it.

I like that folks from different organizations can work together and collaborate on many different projects. Easy to keep in one place and you have a history right there.

Sometimes lots of clicks to add or remove people. Not a huge deal though.

It has a very user friendly interface, there is a mobile app to work alongside the web application. It has common features that are in parity with other services.

There is a lot of hidden costs that creep in and sometimes they didn't catch up to the features that should be offered.

The ability to see the whole overview of the project I am involved in.

Initially it was a steep learning curve for me because there are so many features that I do not need to use.

Brings team together via IMM persistent chatting.
Ease of scheduling tasks and online approvals.
Project milestone tracking.

Nothing to complain about it functionality.
