Also, I wasn’t involved during the initial tool implementation, but there were some gaps in the integration when I started using it. I’m not sure how this process looks like now, but I believe it would be helpful for the clients if SalesManago conducts a health check at the end of each integration. This could include verifying if purchases are being sent correctly, ensuring dashboards are tracking them properly, etc. In our case, corrections were needed on our end, but SalesManago didn't inform us that something went wrong during the process. > > Over time, using the tool has become easy and enjoyable. Generally, some limitations can be worked around, but this often requires contacting support, for example, to extract user data that is available, but not accessible to the user directly, or deleting the tags with a specific phrase used.
