Beginnend mit dem Import deiner Daten ist alles ganz einfach für dich gestaltet. Du kannst deine Ressourcen und Projekte aus Tabellenkalkulationen ohne Fusseln oder Kopfschmerzen importieren.
Obwohl Ganttic am besten funktioniert, wenn man Tonnen von Ressourcen zu planen und Projekte zu verwalten hat, wurden die kleinen Jungs, die größer sein wollen, nicht vergessen. Du kannst bis zu 10 Ressourcen ohne Einschränkungen kostenlos nutzen. Die Preisgestaltung ist ganz einfach – es wird nach den von dir genutzten Ressourcen berechnet. Als Bonus kannst du eine unbegrenzte Anzahl von Benutzern hinzufügen.
In Ganttic kannst du die Arbeitszeit deiner Ressourcen und die Zeitzone, in der du planen möchtest, steuern. Du steuerst, welche Benutzer Zugriff auf welche Ressourcen und Projekte haben. Du kannst wählen, ob du mit den Start- und Endterminen der Aufgaben oder mit dem Aufwand planen möchten, der für die Erledigung der Aufgabe erforderlich ist. Du kannst Notizen hinterlassen und alle Änderungen in Ganttic verfolgen. Du kannst alle in Ganttic erstellten Pläne mit deinem Google Kalender synchronisieren. Du kannst Aufgabenabhängigkeiten festlegen und so oft wie möglich melden. Und dann schickst du diese Berichte automatisch raus. Vorteile
Great tool for visualized resource planning, project management and tracking of work hours. We are really interested to use this tool as it helped us gain more control over our resources and utilize them wisely. The time tracking UI and planing feature is a great tool for small and medium size companies where employee management is a crucial task.
Nachteile
The overall functionality set needs more improvement as it have some issues with the time tracking. It needs more QA before rolling into production.

Thank you also the cons you brought forth. We agree the issues with time tracking - just in its conceptual sense Ganttic is not exactly meant for direct time tracking purposes. However, many of our clients use this for that and we are all the time improving this functionality.

What I like in Ganttic is that anyone can create tasks and dependencies easily and understand a planning within a glance thanks to its structured and colorful UI.
Another advantage is that it is web based and thus doesn't require a specific software.
Nachteile
Some advanced features are missing (like always keeping the same timespan between 2 tasks when one of them move forward or backward), but overall it does a very good job for project and portfolio planning.

You can use timespan (in our sense "lag time") when you are moving tasks forward. For example, you can set that the time span inbetween to dependent tasks is always 2 days. Unfortunately this does not apply when you are moving tasks backward. However, I will give you heads up if this comes to our development plans.
We have grown to a size where we have to manage resource allocation across a large number of projects which is really easy with Ganticc thanks to the variety of views and the ability to schedule per project or seeing what’s going on elsewhere

It was really easy to set up - quick to get going and good help available where needed. I loved the regular emails with tips on how to get the best out of it. I like the various views and the ability to create unlimited guest accounts giving visibility to people across the business
Nachteile
It can sometimes be a bit clunky to update certain parameters but nothing that can’t be dealt with

In Ganttic you can add attachments to a task. However, for this you need to create a link type of field. In this link you can for example add and attachment that's on the web (e.g. in Google Drive). It is a bit of a workaround but maybe it helps.
