November 2025* | Marketing & Werbung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: A fantastic alternative to the "big guy" competitor, we all know who. Allows for unlimited customizability and much better payment processing. Your website development process will be much better and well wroth the money. > > **Nachteile**: Not as plug and play as other solutions but far more customizable and better for long term scalability. ----- ### "Very flexible and easy to use" — 5.0/5 > **Tim** | *25. Mai 2025* | Import und Export | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The flexibility, huge userbase that makes sure there is almost always a plugin for something you want and the fact that almost any important tool can integrate with it. > > **Nachteile**: The fact that some features are not standard and you need to buy plugins in order to get these specific features. > > It has been great. I have been working with WooCommerce for over 10 years. I started using it in school (ICT education), my job and now for my own webshops. I like that fact that for everything there is an additional plugin created by themselves, or 3rd parties. ----- ### "A good entry level e-commerce solution but struggles when your needs get more complex and requires pricy upgrades." — 3.0/5 > **Brian** | *12. Juli 2025* | Informationstechnologie & -dienste | Empfehlungsbewertung: 5.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: WooCommerce is kind of the go-to to easily stand up an e-commerce shop on WordPress, so getting a service up quickly is kind of its speciality, but its flaws become apparent quickly. > > **Nachteile**: Their freemium model is clunky and to get even some basic functionality the bills start piling up quickly. It also struggles to integrate with other inventory systems. Clients I've consulted with using Woo are consistently having inventory syncing problems if they have brick and mortar locations which results in a lot of dissatisfaction. > > It is easy to get something basic up but when you need to get real world implementations that get even slightly complex I feel like Woo falls flat. It is good if you want a very basic e-commerce site. But it struggles when things get a little more complex like with shipping, multi-sizes and colors, etc. ----- ### "WordPress: Cool But Why So Hard?" — 4.0/5 > **Joseph** | *14. Juli 2026* | Konsumgüter | Empfehlungsbewertung: 8.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: You can build literally anything. Want a store that only sells left-handed socks? Easy. There are a billion free plugins to do whatever you want, and you actually own your website instead of renting it from a robot landlord. > > **Nachteile**: It’s super easy to break. If you click "update" on the wrong day, your whole website might just explode into error codes. Also, you have to buy your own hosting and handle security, which is a giant headache if you don't know tech stuff. > > It's basically the LEGO of the internet. It is awesome if you want to build a giant castle from scratch, but it really hurts when you step on a piece. Use it if you want total control; skip it if you cry easily when looking at computer screens. ----- ### "Excellent for small to medium sized organisations" — 5.0/5 > **Emma** | *13. Februar 2026* | Non-Profit-Organisation Management | Empfehlungsbewertung: 8.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: WooCommerce offers great value for money and a flexible service. It is free to install and you can customise options to your preference. It is easy to use and set up. WooCommerce supports many different payment options and methods, supporting major credit cards, digital wallets, and bank transfers. We have never experienced any payments being declined using WooCommerce which is vital to ensure smooth sales and maximising income. > > **Nachteile**: To get the best out of WooCommerce and all the features, you do need to get the add on extensions. These are paid for and require some technical expertise to maximise their efficiency and functionality. It works fine for our smaller set-up as we do not require many of these additional features. > > My overall experience with WooCommerce is a positive one for the modest size of our organisation and in-house technical knowledge and experience. ----- Seite: 1 / 43\ Zurück: [Nächste Seite](https://www.getapp.at/software/101759/woocommerce?page=2) ## Links - [Auf GetApp anzeigen](https://www.getapp.at/software/101759/woocommerce) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
