After two years of battling with spreadsheets that only I can understand, MRPeasy has simplified and streamlined my manufacturing-process paper trail and given me valuable reports for traceability.

> **Nachteile**: Only that free users have no rights at all in the system. I would have liked to see role-based costing for users, that way I can put more of my staff onto MRPeasy.

> I have had a wonderful experience so far; technical support is always helpful and respond quite quickly. MR Peasy help is also a great tool for any general queries I have. As I say, MRPeasy has made it easy to track and managed all of my client Purchase orders, all of the stock that goes with that and allowed me to focus on what matters most to me in my business which is getting production out the door as quickly and accurately as possible.

> **Nachteile**: The UI and UX is genuinely terrible. Modules and features don't logically sit in the right places. Key information isn't highlighted in ways that stand out or provide quick insights to the users. Screens are crowded with icons yet don't segregate content clearly. The business partner they endorse to support with installation also failed to implement leading to my company hiring me to resolve the issue.

> It essentially seems like someone turned a spreadsheet into a database table and put a basic UI over the top that replicates pivot tables. It then feels like various features have been tacked on with no real coherent design decisions. I am currently investigating alternative solutions in the market because of this.

However, given our current revenue level, the pricing makes it difficult to justify the higher-tier plans, even though many of the features could be very useful already before scaling.
