## Nutzerbewertungen

### "PowerBI - Dashboards Reports Made Easy" — 4.0/5

> **Bill** | *22. Dezember 2025* | Informationstechnologie & -dienste | Empfehlungsbewertung: 8.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: We like Power BI because it turns complex data into clear, interactive visuals that are easy to understand and share. It integrates seamlessly with Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365, making it simple to connect and refresh all data to make better, data-driven decisions
>
> **Nachteile**: Small learning curves if you are trying to involve a lot of data modeling - may need some programing background or experience - cost also can add up for licensing
>
> I use Power BI to analyze data and provide reports and dashboards to our ownerships team. It helps me track performance, identify trends.

### "Powerful Data Visualization Tool" — 5.0/5

> **Jordan** | *4. Juni 2025* | Elektrische/elektronische Fertigung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: Power BI offers great dashboards that help better visualize and filter your data. It is a great upgrade if you are used to taking Excel exports and creating pivot tables each time you want to manipulate data.
>
> **Nachteile**: Power BI can be a bit hard to learn when first starting. We did a couple of training courses which helped, but ideally you need to get a good use case with actual data you can spin into a report.
>
> Microsoft Power BI is a well-designed and powerful tool for visualizing your data. Microsoft does a great job with providing professional tools for business.

-----

### "Could try harder" — 1.0/5

> **Jack** | *17. April 2025* | Versicherung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 0.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: Unfortunately, not much. The only real positive element would be teams and general 365 integration.
>
> **Nachteile**: Lack of visuals for dashboards, complex to use, buggy when importing external data.
>
> Sadly our experience was poor. We ended up spending months back and forward with Microsoft when suddenly, based of their recommendation of deleting our data ingest and recreating, we lost everything. We couldn't retrieve our previous data ingest and constantly hit errors.

### "Powerful Business Intelligence Platform for Data Analysis and Reporting" — 5.0/5

> **Piyusha** | *16. Juni 2026* | Krankenhausversorgung & Gesundheitswesen | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: What I liked most about Microsoft Power BI is its ability to turn complex data into clear and interactive visual insights. The platform offers an intuitive user interface that makes dashboard creation straightforward while still providing advanced analytical capabilities. I appreciate the strong database management features and the ability to connect to a wide variety of data sources, including cloud platforms, databases, spreadsheets, and enterprise applications. The information analysis tools are powerful, allowing users to uncover trends and make data-driven decisions. Search and query capabilities through DAX, filters, and drill-down functionality provide significant flexibility. The collaboration and sharing features also make it easy for teams to access and act on insights. Considering its capabilities, it delivers excellent value for money.
>
> **Nachteile**: One aspect I liked least about Microsoft Power BI is that there can be a steep learning curve for advanced features such as DAX calculations, data modeling, and complex report development. Customer support can sometimes vary depending on the support plan and subscription level. Performance may occasionally slow when working with extremely large datasets or highly complex reports. Some premium features require additional licensing, which can increase costs for larger organizations. While the user interface is generally well designed, navigating advanced settings and configuration options may be challenging for new users.
>
> My overall experience with Microsoft Power BI has been extremely positive. It has helped transform raw data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards, visual reports, and advanced analytics. The platform’s ability to connect to multiple data sources and provide real-time reporting has significantly improved decision-making and operational visibility. I particularly value its powerful information analysis capabilities, flexible data modeling options, and professional-quality visualizations. Although advanced functionality requires time to master and some premium features come at an additional cost, the overall performance, scalability, and business value make Power BI one of the best analytics and reporting platforms available today.

> **Nachteile**: it can be difficult to understand how to load data in accordingly and change the pre determined formulas
>
> amazing experience, this software made it so seemless to create figures for data analysis
