> **Nachteile**: software is a bit convoluted, a lot of important things you have to go through hoops and call in to talk to a rep.  often told they have to talk to a 3rd party vendor and can't directly help resulting in a lot of delays, mistakes, frustrations etc. making a simple address change requires weeks of pain as an example.

> over the years the service is hit and miss. it's "OK" but could be a lot better from a service standpoint.  the product also could use a better design and interface.  The "classic" is so much better and functionally usable  vs the new interface.
