More than 25 different task and calendar apps across my Windows, Mac, and Android devices. I care a lot about how I manage my tasks and calendar, and I wanted something with a modern, immersive interface. Nothing else came close. The cross-platform experience is the best part. Everything stays in sync across all my devices without me having to think about it. The custom footer on mobile for reminders is easily one of my favorite touches, it’s just really well done. The interface itself is the cleanest and nicest I’ve used in this category. The free version also gives you more than almost anything else out there, which is rare. And it syncs all my accounts, calendars, custom calendars, and tasks straight onto the calendar view, so everything I need lives in one place. > > **Nachteile**: Honestly, there isn’t much to complain about. A lot of apps lock a basic but crucial feature like reminders behind a paywall, or if they’re free, they make you spend hours setting things up and tuning them before the app is even usable.
