November 2017* | Telekommunikation > > **Vorteile**: While the platform and functionality is great -- and performs every function we ever needed...and even some we didn't realize we needed until we already had them\! -- it's really the outstanding customer service that brings MediaValet to the next level. We had high expectations going into our work with MediaValet, and not only have they been met but they've been exceeded beyond anything we could have imagined. > > **Nachteile**: We haven't had any problems at all at this point. The biggest drawback that I could possibly think of is the time difference between ourselves and our contact at the company, but he's never let that be an issue and we've had seamless and exceptional customer service at every turn. ----- ### "Easily Searchable Digital Assets" — 5.0/5 > **Bethany** | *17. Dezember 2024* | Krankenhausversorgung & Gesundheitswesen | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: MediaValet makes it easy to make our photo and video assets available to everyone at our organization. It is easily searchable by keywords, so people can find what they need on their own. > > **Nachteile**: When there are categories under other categories, when people click on the main category, there are no assets shown in the window. They have to click on the sub-categories below the main category. Instead of a blank window (which leads people to think there are no assets in that category), it should bring up a clickable list of subcategories. > > Customer service is excellent. On-boarding is very detailed, and they make sure that you have the knowledge needed for a successful integration. Great product that saves us so much time when searching through our photos. ----- ### "Vendor Experience is a Nightmare" — 1.0/5 > **Zach** | *24. Mai 2021* | Medienproduktion | Empfehlungsbewertung: 0.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: \* The interface has a clean aesthetic \* The option for password-protected links \* The ability to access online > > **Nachteile**: \* Uploading as a vendor can be confusing and frustrating \* Uploading server often fails or crashes when working with larger files \* "Error" or "Still Processing" screens are common with upload of larger files \* The organization of uploaded files is not intuitive > > I interact with MediaValet as a vendor, and it can be quite a nightmare. Our company usually has large amounts of media that have to be uploaded at a time (multiple photoshoots, videos, etc), and I always feel like I'm playing Russian Roulette when uploading to MediaValet. Sometimes, my upload finishes in minutes. But more often than not, it will take hours for it to upload, only to be met by an "error" message at the end, or have my files stuck in an endless "processing period." I've wasted so many hours uploading overnight, only to have to do it again the next day. Granted, I can only speak to my experience from the vendor side, not the user side, but I would NOT recommend this to anyone wanting to impress or improve the quality of life for vendors. ----- ### "Fred Rogers Productions - Three Years with Media Valet" — 5.0/5 > **Jack** | *12. Dezember 2024* | Unterhaltung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Their Customer Success people have helped us get the most out of our DAM. > > **Nachteile**: Nothing immediately comes to mind. The site is rarely, if ever not accessible. > > We had a frustratingly bad DAM which made us appreciate Media Valet even more. The site is intuitive and the staff is accessible. ----- ### "We love MediaValet\!" — 5.0/5 > **Michelle** | *12. Dezember 2024* | Bekleidung & Mode | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: How easy it is to keep all of your assets organized. > > **Nachteile**: Honestly, there isn't anything that comes to mind. > > I've had a lovely experience working with and using the MediaValet platform. Our internal team has an easy time using the DAM, while our partners love receiving our branded portals. It makes sharing assets a smooth process for all who are involved. ----- Seite: 1 / 7\ Zurück: [Nächste Seite](https://www.getapp.at/software/103217/mediavalet?page=2) ## Links - [Auf GetApp anzeigen](https://www.getapp.at/software/103217/mediavalet) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
