With the help of its image management feature, users can control the image size and can create custom sizes for all the site images. Users not only can resize but crop, orientate, and add text to images.

Easysite supports various multimedia file type including HTML 5, Windows Video, Flash, MP3, MP4, AVI, etc. It allows users to store the media as well as stream via Digital Asset Manager.
It also acts as document management repository where users can upload, manage, retain, publish, and secure the documents. Documents can be uploaded in any format including PDF, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Easysite Asset manager also supports automated reviews of the documents, email notifications of changes and enables users to create retention and archiving policies for different categories of documents and files.

Users can store external links of sites as an asset, which will be checked regularly by Easysite to ensure their working. It also allows users to store widgets and HTML scripts via Asset Manager which can be later used for whenever needed.
