Mai 2026* | Baumaterial | Empfehlungsbewertung: 8.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The multi-apps in this suite allow me to do all my work efficiently and productively without requiring the use of apps or software from multiple vendors. The best feature has to be the ability to communicate with minimal drop offs virtually over the internet, something that has been an issue with other softwares. > > **Nachteile**: The interface to me still feels less intuitive and a bit cluttered. Also, it might be overwhelming for new users to settle in due to the various components of the suite. > > Overally for me, it is a highly reliable suite system that can handle massive deployment with excellence in data privacy, compliancy and privacy infrastructure. It successfully merges callings, meetings, polling, into 1 single platform. ----- ### "a smart room chat" — 4.0/5 > **diego** | *12. März 2025* | Konsumgüter | Empfehlungsbewertung: 8.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: it's a fast and smart way to communicate, i like the dedicated room, sometimes i go to my colleague's room to chat or call > > **Nachteile**: maybe a little expensive, there are more reliable and cheaper solution ----- ### "Stable, dependable but a bit outdated" — 3.0/5 > **Suzanne** | *7. Stable platform that allows meeting, screen sharing communications. > > **Nachteile**: Don’t believe it shows the same functionality as other platforms such as Microsoft Teams. Few users choose this as their preferred communications platform > > Stable communication platform, feels a little outdated and less functionality compared to Teams. That said always seems dependable\! ----- ### "Daily Remote Meetings Made Easier" — 4.0/5 > **Isla** | *26. Juli 2026* | Druck | Empfehlungsbewertung: 8.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: I like Webex Suite's pretty solid video conferencing features, especially screen sharing and virtual whiteboards. We use it for remote meetings with our UK-based team and it works well enough. The interface is kind of intuitive after a few weeks of use. > > **Nachteile**: One thing that took a bit to figure out was the meeting recording feature - it's not a huge deal, but sometimes it's hard to find the recordings. Also, I wish there was a more detailed user guide for customizing the interface. > > Overall, I'm quite satisfied with Webex Suite. I use it regularly for meetings and collaboration, and it's been a reliable tool.
