## Nutzerbewertungen

### "Amazing Customer Support" — 5.0/5

> **Melisa** | *16. Dezember 2020* | Bildungsmanagement | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: Integration was quick and easy and any questions we have are VERY quickly answered. The program has been so beneficial and easily keeps our team informed of student information while working remotely.
Our helper, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been amazing\!
>
> **Nachteile**: There are some features that do not apply to our school since we work with adult students. Gradelink is set up for minor students. These features are still great if you need them.. they just don't apply to us.
>
> We are still fairly new to Gradelink but so far we are absolutely loving the program.

### "One Stop Shop for School Needs" — 4.0/5

> **Amani** | *20. April 2026* | Bildungsmanagement | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: I like that grade link is a one stop shop for all things school. I can put in my lesson plans, take attendee, and log student behavior. The extend and repeat feature on lesson plans have been super helpful when creating and inputting lesson plans. Each school having its own personalized code lets makes me feel like my data is protected. Customer support is always super quick when responding to any issues that arise but is it rare I've had a problem.
>
> **Nachteile**: I least like that you cannot double click to copy and paste. It is easier than having to use the keyboard short cut.
>
> My overall experience has been great. At first I was hesitant when my admin said we where moving to a new platform. However I learned it quickly and think it is better than the old platform.

### "Please do NOT waste your time" — 1.0/5

> **Tara** | *8. November 2025* | Bildungsmanagement | Empfehlungsbewertung: 0.0/10
>
> **Vorteile**: I have ZERO pros. \[sensitive content hidden\] promised support that was NEVER given. I paid to enroll me and I never received support to make this work. Please do NOT trust this system.
>
> **Nachteile**: There are no pros for GradeLink. This has been the most expensive product. There is no customer support. There is no clear understanding of what you are paying for. I paid for the enrollment package. I really thought my sales person, \[sensitive content hidden\] was trustworthy. He knew I was starting a nonprofit. He nor \[sensitive content hidden\] helped at all. My zoom call with \[sensitive content hidden\] was not soom at all. I never saw his face, however he logged into my computer for a minute but taught me nothing. I spent $1000 and have no program that works. Do not buy this. Go to Skyward or Powerschools.
>
> My overall experience is horrible. There is zero support and understanding of what you are getting. I reached out for help multiple times.

>
