Über PurelyHR
PurelyHR ist ein Online-Personalinformationssystem (HRIS), das von der kanadischen Firma Ironflow Technologies angeboten wird. Die Lösung umfasst vier eigenständige Produkte: Kern-HRIS, Time-Off, Time-Clock und Warnings. Benutzer können diese Produkte einzeln abonnieren oder sie als integrierte Einzelsuite erwerben.
Das HRIS von PurelyHR ist das Basisprodukt, das Unternehmen hilft, ihre HR-Daten strukturiert zu organisieren. Die Lösung hilft Unternehmen, ein Online-Repository für die Mitarbeiterdatenbank zu erstellen und die Wahrscheinlichkeit redundanter Dateneingabe zu eliminieren. Mit der Mitarbeiter-Self-Service-Funktion können Mitarbeiter ihr persönliches Portal erstellen und von überall und jederzeit auf ihre HR-Daten zugreifen.
Bei PurelyHR's Time-Off handelt es sich um ein Urlaubsmanagementsystem, mit dem die Anwesenheit der und die Einreichung von Urlaubsanträgen überwacht werden kann. Die Lösung automatisiert den Abgrenzungs- und Erneuerungsprozess für Mitarbeiter basierend auf den vom Management festgelegten Regeln. Mitarbeiter können ihre Daten auch mit Google Kalender und Outlook synchronisieren.
Die Time-Clock-Lösung von PurelyHR zeichnet die Komm- und Gehzeit von Mitarbeitern auf, um ihre effektiven Arbeitszeiten zu erfassen. Mitarbeiter können auch die Anzahl der Stunden, die für die einzelnen Projekte und andere Schulungsinitiativen aufgewendet wurden, verfolgen. Das Management kann IP-Beschränkungen für seine Mitarbeiter festlegen, damit diese nur vom Büro und anderen zugelassenen Standorten aus einchecken können, während sie ihren Zugriff von anderen Standorten aus einschränken. Die Lösung kann auch an Manager Benachrichtigungen senden, wenn ein Mitarbeiter ohne vorherige Ankündigung abwesend ist oder sich um mehr als das zulässige Zeitlimit verspätet.
PurelyHR's Warnings ist ein Online-Repository, in dem jede Warnung an die Mitarbeiter gespeichert wird. Manager können Mitarbeiter per E-Mail digital signieren und Warnungen ausgeben. Mitarbeiter können sich auch jederzeit in ihr Portal einloggen und alle an sie ausgegebenen Warnungen einsehen.

Great vacation tracker for salaried EEs

Vorteile
Ease of use, it is very user-friendly. I especially appreciated the year to year renewals of vacation accruals so that it never needed to be done manually.
Nachteile
I found some glitches with my employees vacation time but overall did not run into any big issues.

My tenure with it was short, but it was useful in the time that we had it. We migrated to ADP, otherwise we would have stayed using the tool.
Vorteile
I thought the navigation was easy and the user interface clear. It was not a product where I needed a ton of support to navigate.
Nachteile
As an admin, pulling vacation balances for the team members always took a little bit of reviewing. It wasn't as clear as other platforms I have used in the past.

A modular solution for low requirement users

Vorteile
Stable, I've never known an outage, easy for staff to use.
Nachteile
MFA is hidden behind a paywall; so many settings pages for similar things; inability to customize all time off types but have to conform to how purely believes a business should run, UX has odd design choices that make pop ups require a vertical scroll unnecessarily, lack of integrations, cannot do scheduling at all

Overall, it's been fine. It's streamlined the process of asking for time off and allowing the employee to see what they have and have not requested.
Vorteile
Most of the set-up is easy and managing the time off for employees is simple.
Nachteile
I do not like that carry over time and the way it shows an employees current vacation. It is confusing and is hard to figure out. Some of the placement of the settings once you are up and running and need adjustments is also hard to locate.

This is a great product with quick support. We have a 20 person office and it helps us tremendously to keep up with accrued time. The settings are customizable to a complex time off accrual structure too.
Vorteile
This is a perfect product for our 20 person office. We are able to keep up with accrued time with ease and it is user friendly.
Nachteile
We have had intermittent issues with getting e-mails when there are two approvers for a single employee.
