They are very quick to respond to my inquiries and offer suggestions to help with the set up and launch.  Qarrot also provided suggestions and ideas on possible campaigns and badges which were great. We've also provided many feedback and they were really responsive and have implemented many of the suggestions into the platform, which was wonderful\!
