Unfortunately in December of 2024 Tidio changed their pricing structure and our bill doubled from $32 a month to $64 a month. This included some kind of promotion because the package we were being migrated to was actually $100 a month\! Our credit card was auto charged. Unfortunately we can't recommend a company that does a bait and switch like this as well as auto charging customers with such an extreme rate hike without notice.
