> **Nachteile**: They bill inconsistently. They overcharged me several months. Support is non-existent and what support they do have is all overseas. They will also hold your records hostage and will only do a full data migration when they feel its appropriate.

> Better than Genesis. However, their isn't much support. You are left to do things without support. Support doesn't call back, especially higher level support. They are holding my records hostage.

I run a skeleton crew and need everything from scheduling to creating custom forms, to collecting payment to be seamless. Their team is second to none in any way I need help executing any of these.

> **Nachteile**: Diagnosis codes should be easily searchable on the fly without having to dive into prefab lists. Ever EMR lacks in this area and there's no reason in 2026 that a provider should have to search "ICD 10 for..." to update a diagnosis.

> Overall, it's intuitive and simple with an excellent team for support. There's a reason they're overwhelmingly the most used EMR in Chiropractic

> **Vorteile**: I like how they structure the schedule. How you can create different types of appointments. I also like that you can use AI to do SOAP notes, makes it a lot easier to do your notes and a lot quicker.

> **Nachteile**: What I don't like is that they dont connect with GoHIghLevel yet. Also that they only work with one credit card processor. I wish they can integrate with Fortis.

> My experience has been great. We've been using them for the past 5 years in our practice. We were one of the first customers to use the Chirotouch cloud base and it has improved over the years.
