Trainerize ist eine webbasierte und mobile Personal-Training-Lösung für Fitnessclubs, Fitnessfachleute und deren Mitglieder (Kunden). Trainerize hilft Fitnessclubs dabei, ihre Einnahmen zu steigern, indem sie das Mitgliedermanagement und die Kundenbindung optimieren und die Online-Programmbereitstellung automatisieren.
Die mobile Trainerize-App hilft Fitnessunternehmen dabei, Trainings- und Ernährungspläne zu erstellen und anzubieten und Ernährungsvorgaben festzulegen, um die Mitglieder dabei zu unterstützen, ihr Zielgewicht oder ihre Fitnessziele zu erreichen. Fitnessclubs oder Fitnessfachleute können Trainingsplanvorlagen, Trainingsdetails und Fitnessziele im PDF-Format erstellen, speichern und drucken, diese kopieren und kundenspezifisch anpassen. Eine In-App-Messaging-Funktion verbindet die Trainer direkt mit den Kunden und hilft Fitnessclubs dabei, die Mitgliederbindungsrate zu verbessern und das Engagement zu fördern.
Gamification-Funktionen wie Abzeichen, die bei der Erzielung persönlicher Bestleistungen vergeben werden, oder Chat-ähnliches Messaging in der App helfen, die Motivation der Kunden zu steigern und fördern die Software-Nutzung. Die Kunden werden aufgefordert, ihre Erfolge auf Social Media zu veröffentlichen, was wiederum Werbung für den Fitnessclub bedeutet. Die Trainer können die Kunden auch in Gruppen zusammenfassen und Gruppentrainings anbieten, die mit Trainingsaktivitäten gemischt sind und automatisch in Gruppen veröffentlicht werden.
Trainerize kann mit einem Fitnessclub- oder Trainerlogo versehen werden. Ein personalisiertes Video kann auf der Desktop-Anmeldeseite und in der mobilen App hinzugefügt werden.
Mit In-App-Zahlungen für automatisierte Abonnementzahlungen und einem Marktplatz für Trainer unterstützt Trainerize auch Fitnessfachleute bei der Neukundengewinnung, indem sie Kunden mit Trainern basierend auf ihrem Profil, ihren Dienstleistungen, ihrem Standort und ihrem Fachgebiet zusammenbringt. Trainer können ihre Zertifizierungen, Qualifikationen und weitere Informationen hinzufügen, um ihr Trainerize.me-Profil weiter zu verbessern.

Direct communication with my trainer through the app has been a really valuable feature. Being able to receive personalized advice and adjustments in real time has made my training experience great I love this app
Vorteile
What I liked the most about this platform is the ease and comfort of being able to access my personalized training plan at any time and place. Being able to take my workout with me on my mobile device is really convenient and has helped me stay in shape even when I'm away from home or traveling.
Nachteile
Being a user I must say that one of the aspects that I liked the least about this platform is that it is a bit complicated to navigate at first. It took me a bit of time to get used to the organization and structure of the app.

Initially, this was a great tool when I started training in 2020. However, they have gotten progressively worse and have become borderline unusable since another company acquired them.
There are two main issues: client experience/support and lack of useful features.
I now spend a couple hours per week troubleshooting for clients due to issues with their account. This ranges from data being deleted to clients being unable to access their workouts.
In the beginning, Trainerize also emphasized new feature rollouts. However, recently they took months on a useless rebrand that offers no value. Meanwhile, they've failed to offer any meaningful upgrades like e1RM tracking or group workout tracking.
Sad to see a good product nosedive like this.

So far I have set up my existing clients and can honestly say the process has been easier than expected thanks to the support videos and support team. I am finding the system a huge benefit to my business and my client feedback continues to be positive. There are a few areas I feel could be developed further but the company appears to be investing in this constantly which is great to see. I would recommend the produce to other online coaches.
Vorteile
Initially the set up video were extremely helpful and something trainerize was considerable easier to negotiate than other systems I tried. The mobile app is brilliant and syncs with lots of other systems meaning data is collected all in one place. My clients have also found the app to be very user friendly and easy to use. I like how the calendar features allows you to drag and move item to different days - again a great feature. The customer service has also been very help in answering any questions, they also add extra reading links on the topic which i think is above and beyond.
Nachteile
It doesn't sync with Samsung health yet but they say this is in development. When comparing clients workouts in the progress tab it doesn't list the workout in the correct exercise order which is a little frustrating when trying to review clients progress. It doesn't use averages in the progress tab for nutrition or bodyweight - I hope they add this as I have to use a google sheet to personally calculate this at present.

Trainerize is the best there is as of now for online personal trainers

Vorteile
The exercises library is very extensive. It's very rare that we can't find what we need. Even then, we can add whatever exercise we need from an external source.
Nachteile
The ease of use on the client's side is not optimal. Often, we have to explain to clients certain functionalities. It is not as intuitive as it could be.
