The customer support has been outstanding, ContractSafe wants you to get what you paid for, and they are always available to help.  Overall, this product is great value for money\!

> **Nachteile**: Sometimes the documents when resized can be blurry, however if you switch to the document only view it usually rectifies itself.  It occurs very infrequently.

> Investing in ContractSafe has been transformational to our organization.  Previously we had no CLM system and was relying on folders on a shared site.  It was very difficult to know what we had agreed to in any of our contracts.  ContracSafe has brought all of our data points together in one spot.  The site is very intuitive and easy to use. The ability to customize the meta data fields to suit our agreements as well as the easily configurable reports is also a huge plus.
