Its time to renew and having checked out other booking sites, we will stay with them. 
They are slightly more expensive but offer so much more. 
Being a computer illiterate I regularly run into trouble when changing the site and services / prices we're offering but the real time chat is excellent. Not once have I been left hanging or without the solution I need.
