> **Vorteile**: Tithe.ly has been easy to integrate with our existing website. Even our less technologically savvy members have found it easy to use. It has helped increase our giving over the past year.

> **Nachteile**: Customizing was a bit difficult to figure out initially especially resizing our logo and getting the colors to match our branding.

> We began looking at the possibility of online giving in 2019 and after reviewing all the major online giving platforms we decided to implement Tithe.ly in February of 2020 and we have been very please in the increase of giving and the greater consistency in giving we have seen as a result of using Tithe.ly

> **Vorteile**: Honestly there are a few things about Tithe.ly that makes them stand out to me. The quality and affordability of the product, the ease of use along with the helpfulness of the customer service and support team.

> **Nachteile**: Having two giving platforms for Tithe.ly and Breeze if you are using both products. I'm still trying to find the benefits to both. It's probably because I really try to figure things out before inquiring for assistance, I'm sure there is a reason but that's just me.

> It has been a great experience because of the team and product suite. Since my time of being a customer with Tithe.ly there has been a lot of changes for the better. I love that the team is always trying to meet the needs of their customers and being competitive in the marketplace without the need to break the budget of the consumer. They are responsive to my needs and honest when something isn't working and lets me know when I can expect a fix if there is a problem.

> **Vorteile**: Very easy for end users to make donation and donor processors to do data entry. I also found customer support to be excellent.

> **Nachteile**: As an end user, you cannot schedule your donation in advance as far as I can tell. As a donation processor, it gets clumsy if you have to change the donor's contact info sometime after their initial donation in the year.
> 
> I find it as an adequate tool that could use some improvements.  They are planning new releases for at least some of the issues.

> **Nachteile**: Tithely should consider merging People and Elvanto. Since they are separate, we have to keep two databases with messaging happening through People and Giving/Directory stuff happening through Elvanto.

> Tithely has been a huge time saver for me as a pastor of a small church with little support staff. If churches can afford it, they should definitely purchase.
